Steve Ryder has three tips for Monday's racing action from Kempton and Wolverhampton.
1:25 Kempton
Jeriko Du Reponet (1pt)
Although he concedes race fitness to the majority of his rivals, JERIKO DU REPONET (best priced at EVENS) is expected to get off the mark over fences on his second attempt. Nicky Henderson won this last season with Iberico Lord and runs this six-year-old who ended last season in good form. He finished 2nd behind stablemate Doddiethegreat at the Cheltenham Festival before reversing that form with a 4 ¼ length victory at Punchestown on his final start last season.
Jeriko Du Reponet can be excused his disappointing effort at Sandown on his chasing debut last season and is expected to win at the second attempt despite cheekpieces being removed.
4:25 Wolverhampton
Scenario (0.5pt ew)
SCENARIO (best priced at 6/1) caught the eye when 3rd on her stable debut over 7f here last time and she should be able to step forward from that run off the same mark. The Tony Carroll trained three-year-old was settled in the rear before staying on in eyecatching fashion to finish 3rd beaten only ¾ length at the line.
Midnite
This step up in trip to 1m1½f should suit based on that running and Scenario looks sure to run well from Stall 1 with four places widely available.

Cardinal Point (1pt)
Safe And Sound is bred to be much better than a mark of 66 but she raced too keenly last time over a shorter trip so preference instead goes to the consistent CARDINAL POINT (best priced at 5/2). The Michael Bell trained filly has form figures of 123313 in AW handicaps including a victory at Chelmsford over 1m5½f under Hector Crouch off a mark of 61 in a visor.
Cardinal Point could only finish 3rd under a 6lb penalty on his latest start at Lingfield in cheekpieces but should hold strong claims now off a mark of 65 with a visor re-fitted and Hector Crouch back on board.
