BOBALOT is capable of setting decent fractions and, from a handy current rating, he could be the answer. Market support for Court One would be interesting, as the six-year-old is 5lb wrong at the weights but his last couple of starts have been promising and he is not dismissed on just his sixth start over hurdles. Wot You Wearing has won from a higher mark and also commands respect.
Prediction : 1st Bobalot 2nd Court One 3rd Hot Rod Lincoln

ROADLESSTRAVELLED landed a Grade 2 over hurdles as a novice and can be excused for being pulled up in deeper races on his last two starts. Now sent over fences, this previous point-to-point winner could have plenty more to offer and is a strong candidate to make good progress for an in-form yard. Beat The Bat looks the chief danger, given he is the only one with experience over fences to draw on. Peking Opera was highly tried over timber and appeals more than Shengai Enki on this occasion.
Prediction : 1st Roadlesstravelled 2nd Beat The Bat 3rd Peking Opera

The comfortable winner of a three-runner event at Fontwell on Boxing Day, SUPERSTYLIN is the logical choice turning out quickly. A 5lb higher mark looks readily manageable on the back of that wide-margin success. Sanitiser is unexposed over fences and has shown some promise. He can make an impression in this company, while Angel's Dream and Ballywood are the pick of the rest.
Prediction : 1st Superstylin 2nd Sanitiser 3rd Angels Dream

Should a drop in trip come as no inconvenience, LEGENDARY LUKE might be good enough to shoulder a penalty. Gavin Sheehan's mount made a pleasing start to life over hurdles before winning at Ffos Las, and any improvement could suffice here. Kocktail Bleu struggled in a warm novice at Newbury but he remains of interest in these calmer waters, and Wise Counsellor, a fair performer on the level, might fare better in this discipline.
Prediction : 1st Legendary Luke 2nd Kocktail Bleu 3rd Wise Counsellor

APPLES MOON has found real improvement since entering handicaps, scoring twice last term before notching up another brace this season. The Diamond Bay mare was raised 5lb for that latest success, but she still has few miles on the clock and as a few of these have something to prove, it could be another fine opportunity. Our Bill's Aunt made a below-par reappearance at Leicester but may well do better now, as could Lexie's Moon, who struggled at Sedgefield in November.
Prediction : 1st Apples Moon 2nd Our Bills Aunt 3rd Lexies Moon

Although pulled up on his return, that didn't put punters off backing SHOT BOII at Wincanton next time. Sent off joint-favourite, he finished second to a commanding winner but that was at least a considerable step forward. David Pipe's charge is able to compete from an unchanged mark and a similar level of performance might suffice. Veteran Constant Friday ran creditably here most recently and is one of the more appealing options on the back of that display, while chasing debutant My Cullen warrants a market check.
Prediction : 1st Shot Boii 2nd Constant Friday 3rd My Cullen
