Giorgio M ended a bit of a dry spell at Lingfield just before Christmas and is another to consider.

Magic Stone had Baker Blue half a length behind when third on his all-weather debut and didn't get the rub of the green so should be able to confirm his superiority. Guernsey Angel beat a subsequent winner over C&D so commands attention too.

With the potential for further improvement, the son of Palace Pier looks the one to side with. First-time cheekpieces brought about a better effort from Reason's Power when a close-up third at Chelmsford and she has to be taken seriously. Grey Sands completes the shortlist.
