Ski Lodge has finished 2nd on his three starts this season and preference instead goes to FOLLOWCATO (best priced at 10/3) who comes here chasing a hat-trick of victories. The Ben Pauling trained seven-year-old had a record of 0-9 in his career but has shown improved form since the application of cheekpieces.
Followcato won by a neck at Ludlow off a mark of 111 before following up at Exeter by 3 ¼ lengths off a mark of 113. The handicapper has raised him 6lbs for that victory which is fair and I expect him to make all once again off top weight.

Tip 2: I’m Slippy - 1pt
Connections of I’M SLIPPY (best priced at 7/4) were no doubt disappointed to lose his unbeaten status when 2nd in a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse in November but in hindsight he was facing a strong opponent in Talk The Talk who looked set to win a Grade 1 at Christmas and is a single figure price for the Supreme Novices’ Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival.
I’m Slippy landed a gamble winning a bumper at Fairyhouse in April before winning in good style on his hurdling debut at Cork in November. He has been given a break since his latest run when he had Grade 1 winner Murcia back in 3rd and he looks the one to beat now upped in trip.
