There are some progressive three-year-olds going to post for this sprint handicap and just a tentative vote is for GREY HORIZON, who is on a hat-trick, is the most experienced in the field and brings proven C&D form to the table. Watchdog won a Newcastle nursery at the expense of the selection but Scott Dixon's charge has improved markedly since. Jamie Sommers is also noteworthy.

With many of these lacking early pace, it would be no surprise to see a bold showing from MISTER MOET. Having fluffed the start at Lingfield last week, Scott Dixon's three-year-old rattled home to be the best of the rest behind a clear winner. A sharper exit from the stalls can see him go one better this time. Nala's Dream and Mighty Vega can also set good fractions and they warrant close inspection.

CHANTELLE impressed with a cosy winning debut over C&D just after Christmas. That impressive start is easily the best piece of form on offer and the daughter of Gleneagles looks an attractive proposition ih her bid to follow up. Get An Attitude has filled the runner-up berth in both previous starts and will be more interesting when she qualifies for a mark after this. Therefore, the well-bred Denver Doll, who ticks the right boxes on paper, could be worth chancing for the forecast slot.

TOUSSAROK was touched off over C&D before losing out in identical fashion at Lingfield, but the former C&D winner is drawn to attack and can now go one place better. Conversely, Landlordtothestars will have to navigate a wide draw if he is to continue his fine form and although not dismissed, Maid In Chelsea could be a bigger threat in a first-time visor.

EUPATOR didn't have to come out of first gear when winning in emphatic fashion here on Friday and he might be hard to stop under the penalty. That said, there are a few dangers, namely unexposed five-year-old Monty Beau, who finished hot on the heels of Oman at Chelmsford latest. Rhythm N Rock went agonisingly close at Kempton and is also respected.

WELLJUDGED has shown a fair amount of promise in three runs so far, including when runner-up over C&D in November, and Roger Varian's filly gets the vote to shed the maiden tag on her handicap debut. Caramay stays further but did run with plenty of credit when third here over almost a furlong further on her penultimate start and is noted along with Electric Avenue.

KNIGHT OF MAGIC won at Southwell earlier in the month before underperforming when turned over at short odds at Chelmsford five days later. Luke Morris is reunited in the saddle and the step back up in trip promises to suit the seven-year-old. Desiderata produced his best effort for a while when runner-up here last time and a repeat of that would see him in the mix. Others to note are Prince Hector and Dancing Bay.
