JUST GOLDEN has had a few chances now and has been beaten at cramped odds, but might be worth one last throw of the dice. Dan Skelton reaches for a first-time tongue-tie and in the main his performance at Cheltenham last time when beaten a neck into second by Step Ahead was really encouraging. Piping Rock is the main danger judged on his Windsor second two starts ago, while Limerick Star is another to note.
Prediction : 1st Just Golden 2nd Piping Rock 3rd Limerick Star

JUBILEE ALPHA looked all over the winner approaching the last in a similar race at Sandown latest but a resurgent Nurse Susan got the better of her again. Dan Skelton's charge isn't in opposition this time and she can gain a deserved success ahead of La Pinsonniere and Flying Fortune, who are expected to go well but do have absences to overcome. Hollygrove Cha Cha is a lot better than her Windsor showing and is noted back over timber.
Prediction : 1st Jubilee Alpha 2nd La Pinsonniere 3rd Hollygrove Cha Cha

Just the three declared for this Grade 2 novices' chase but it's still competitive stuff, with slight preference for MAMBONUMBERFIVE, who gets 2lb from the hat-trick seeking Steel Ally. Ben Pauling's charge completed his three-timer in really good style at Kempton over Christmas and has improved no end this season for going over a fence. Steel Ally was impressive at Ascot and will keep the selection honest, while also winning the race for second ahead of Exeter winner Mirabad.
Prediction : 1st Mambonumberfive 2nd Steel Ally 3rd Mirabad

KNAPPERS HILL hasn't been able to get a fair crack at chasing, but he showed enough in the Rowland Meyrick to suggest he retains plenty of ability. Paul Nicholls' charge enters the veteran ranks for the first time and could prove too strong, though Le Milos offers a real threat having finished second at Sandown last month. Guard Your Dreams is also noted.
Prediction : 1st Knappers Hill 2nd Le Milos 3rd Guard Your Dreams

Supreme Malinas was all out to deny Park Princess off level weights at Haydock and that form can be reversed with a 5lb pull. Good Girl Kathleen sets the standard following her Grade 3 Cork success, but there is no telling where WHITE NOISE's ceiling lays and she gets the vote. Kim Bailey and Mat Nicholls' charge won a novice at Worcester before doubling up impressively in handicaps and this doesn't look beyond her currently. A Path To Ronda, Dream Shadow and Kingston Queen are others with chances in what looks an open heat.
Prediction : 1st White Noise 2nd Park Princess 3rd Good Girl Kathleen

Doncaster winner LE YACHT appeared stretched by 2m3f at Haydock last month and is fancied to bounce straight back over this shorter trip. The five-year-old has far less to prove than many whilst remaining opening to plenty of improvement and is preferred to talented Flat performer Almuhit, who can take a step forward from his hurdling return. Veteran Supreme Yeats struggled in a Pertemps Qualifier at Kempton last time but ought to appreciate an ease in class.
Prediction : 1st Le Yacht 2nd Almuhit 3rd Supreme Yeats

FINGLE BRIDGE's jumping over fences hasn't always convinced and he makes plenty of appeal reverting to a discipline that he's unbeaten in. The eight-year-old's last hurdle start saw him landing a Listed event at Exeter and he could prove too classy for these rivals. It will be interesting to see how stablemate Junker D'allier compares in the market as he could also relish a return to the smaller obstacles, while Luttrell Lad is feasible alternative.
Prediction : 1st Fingle Bridge 2nd Junker Dallier 3rd Luttrell Lad

Having overcome greenness to make a winning debut at Wetherby, Popton Point warrants respect on her follow-up bid. However, there are some intriguing Rules debutants on show which could have her measure, with JOTA'S GOLD getting the pick. The five-year-old is a half-sister to decent staying chaser Pic Roc and she shouldn't be found lacking for stamina. Point-to-pointers Vrheligonne and Port And Brandy are others to monitor in the betting.
Prediction : 1st Jotas Gold 2nd Popton Point 3rd Vrheligonne
