HOW'S HANNAH can make a winning start over timber. The seven-year-old was impressive on her Rules debut when running out a wide-margin winner of a Punchestown bumper last month. Having previously won a point-to-point, jumping shouldn't be an issue now. The four-year-old Kilbarry Lizzy gets a nice chunk of weight from the selection and has to be respected after a couple of good runner-up efforts in academy hurdles. There isn't much strength in depth and Not Leaving Yet may be able to hit the frame once more.Prediction : 1st Hows Hannah 2nd Kilbarry Lizzy 3rd Not Leaving Yet

MADNESS D'ELLE was turned over at a short price on his Irish debut but should gain compensation now. The French import found Kilmeaden too strong at Punchestown last month, but it was still a solid effort. The 121-rated Killaney King, who was well beaten in handicap company at Navan last time, sets the standard and he's a big player on the pick of his form. It was a poor effort from Doctor Elvis on his belated return at Naas recently but he may improve from that outing.Prediction : 1st Madness Delle 2nd Killaney King 3rd Doctor Elvis

A real stiff test of stamina here should suit BALLY FREE. The Flemensfirth gelding prevailed in a tight finish with Melbourne Shamrock at Fairyhouse in mid-December and looked like he would only improve from that experience. It was just his second outing under Rules and only looked to be hitting his stride the further they went. The six-year-old holds an entry in the Albert Bartlett at Cheltenham, as does Timesareachanging. Andy Slattery's charge was a good winner at Navan last month and looks another stout stayer. Rebel Budz was a convincing winner over this trip at Cork 40 days ago and, with that form being boosted since, he completes the shortlist.Prediction : 1st Bally Free 2nd Timesareachanging 3rd Rebel Budz

HARTY CUP looks capable of scoring off his current mark. The Yeats gelding kept on to finish fourth on his handicap debut at Gowran three weeks ago, behind the enterprisingly-ridden Marelly, and there is still upside with the five-year-old. King Bob has been placed on his last couple of outings and is a potential danger racing off the same mark as when third at Punchestown on New Year's Eve. Dunany Point was running consistently in the autumn and is another that enters calculations on his return from a break.Prediction : 1st Harty Cup 2nd King Bob 3rd Dunany Point

MIGHT BE THE ONE has a notable piece of form when pipped by a nose over the same trip as this on testing ground on her penultimate start at Limerick over Christmas. A reproduction of that effort would have her heavily involved in this company. Bruno From Mars has been placed in his last couple of handicap hurdles, albeit over shorter trips. He looks one of the more likely contenders, though. Mount Shenshan landed a division of this race last year and, although her form has been in and out since then, she is more than capable of getting into the mix off this mark. Prediction : 1st Might Be The One 2nd Bruno From Mars 3rd Mount Shenshan
16:08 Clonmel
KOBALT ST GEORGES was well placed to bring up a hat-trick between October and January, and there may be another win in him. He clearly enjoys this track as the first two of those victories came in handicap chases here before he successfully reverted to hurdles at Punchestown. The form of Moudan's narrow victory at Limerick over Christmas has been franked, so he ought to be a factor. The Electrical Kid has picked up prize money in his three races over fences and is one to note on handicap debut.Prediction : 1st Kobalt St Georges 2nd Moudan 3rd The Electrical Kid
16:43 Clonmel
STRUTTER has been off for a long time, but could be the answer to this winnable beginners' chase. He delivered over hurdles at Uttoxeter in May 2024 on his last run in Britain for Nicky Henderson. His first start for Willie Mullins at Limerick over Christmas that year also saw him take the honours. Mickie Angel will enjoy the testing conditions and placed efforts at Limerick and Fairyhouse this season give him claims. Maidenstreetprince has been placed four times over fences and his experience is an asset.Prediction : 1st Strutter 2nd Mickie Angel 3rd Maidenstreetprince
