Abando competed in the Germany Derby last July, albeit being well-beaten, but he isn't one to write off. Bintkend can win the race for third.

David Loughnane's colt made every yard of the running when a ready winner over 6f here and, based on that evidence, he will relish dropping back a furlong in trip. Flash Rascal was just touched off at this class at Wolverhampton recently and should remain competitive off an unchanged mark. Wisetanck is another to note.

With the extra furlong likely to suit, Amanda Perrett's charge can defy his opening figure of 77. Foreseen completes the shortlist.
