With one win from three starts, KAPITEIN KOOL is shaping well over hurdles and could be the answer if building on what he has shown so far. A good second under a penalty at Taunton last month, dropping back in trip could be a good move here. Doctor Blue reportedly bled when disappointing at Doncaster just after Christmas. However, his previous form sets a decent standard and he can bounce back if all is well. Lisbane Park is the pick of the rest. Prediction : 1st Kapitein Kool 2nd Doctor Blue 3rd Lisbane Park

Former pointer MOUNTAIN MIKE won easily over hurdles at Ffos Las when last seen and has been found another winnable race in which to make his handicap/chase debut. The low-mileage seven-year-old ran well to finish second on his reappearance last year and, with his yard in good form, the foundations look solid. Kalhandrion, who tries cheekpieces after unseating last time, is lightly weighted and could be a bigger danger than Itseemslikeit, whose hat-trick bid went awry when a bad mistake ended any chance he had at Newbury. Prediction : 1st Mountain Mike 2nd Kalhandrion 3rd Itseemslikeit

FUN FUN FUN, a Grade 3 winner over fences at Limerick last March, sets a lofty standard and is hard to oppose given the obvious disparity between her official rating and the fact that she only concedes 4lb to her two rivals. Blue Las got off the mark over fences in a match race at Doncaster and looks ready for another crack at this level. She appeals more than Della Casa Lunga, who is unexposed in this sphere but needs to jump with more fluency than she did at Carlisle. Prediction : 1st Fun Fun Fun 2nd Blue Las 3rd Della Casa Lunga

CATCH CATCHFIRE was just denied in the Surrey National by leading Eider fancy Aworkinprogress last month and the seven-year-old, who remains unexposed with regards to a stamina test, makes plenty of appeal, despite a 5lb rise from the handicapper. Jubilee Express probably found the ground too fast for him when sent off favourite for the Welsh National and is definitely worth another chance, while Ithaka's win at Hereford suggested further improvement was likely over fences.Prediction : 1st Catch Catchfire 2nd Jubilee Express 3rd Ithaka

SWEET CARYLINE's winning sequence came to an end at Cheltenham in December when finishing behind Game Colours (third). However, Joe Tizzard's mare has every chance of reversing the form on this occasion with a 3lb swing at the weights. Handicap debutants Klassy Pearl (second) and Coolkatie (fourth) met in a Ayr maiden hurdle at the end of last month and the pair are capable of taking a step forward.Prediction : 1st Sweet Caryline 2nd Game Colours 3rd Klassy Pearl

Noble Blue has been in really good form in the pointing fields and commands respect reverting to racing under Rules, but WATCHOUTITSCOOKIE lines up in receipt of plenty of weight and he's preferred. A solid second last time out at Wincanton, the eight-year-old looks ready to strike. Of the others, it would be foolish to ignore Ugo Bingo, a two-time winner over hurdles who is looking well treated again.Prediction : 1st Watchoutitscookie 2nd Noble Blue 3rd Ugo Bingo

It takes a nice horse to win a bumper under a penalty and LOVEABLE REPROBATE could be exactly that as he created a nice impression when making his Carlisle debut a winning one. Representing a top yard, he can edge out Moments In Time, who won a point-to-point before making a pleasing enough start under Rules when fourth in a better race at Aintree. Mighty Mass is another to note.Prediction : 1st Loveable Reprobate 2nd Moments In Time 3rd Mighty Mass
