Steve Ryder has three tips for Saturday's racing action.
3:40 Chepstow
3:40 Chepstow - Dr T J Eckleburg 2/1 (1pt)
DR T J ECKLEBURG (best priced at 2/1) caught the eye when finishing 3rd behind Jax Junior at Sandown last time and he now returns to Chepstow off the same mark. The Evan Williams trained eight-year-old won this race by a short head last season off a mark of 125 and now runs in the contest off a 5lb lower mark this year.
Since the application of cheekpieces on his previous two starts, Dr T J Eckleburg has shown improved form and he looks the one to beat.

4:05 Kempton
4:05 Kempton - Bad 3/1 (1pt)
Another horse bidding for a repeat victory is BAD (best priced at 3/1) who boasts an unbeaten record at Kempton. The Ben Pauling trained seven-year-old won this race easily by 10 lengths last season as well as his next two starts at this track including on his reappearance when scoring comfortably by 3 ½ lengths off a mark of 138.
Bad finished only 1 ¾ lengths behind the progressive Vincenzo at Ascot last time off this mark of 144 and he should get this run to suit with Etalon sure to try to force a strong pace.
6:00 Chelmsford
6:00 Chelmsford - Dark Side Prince 9/2 (0.5pt ew)
The Jessica Macey trained DARK SIDE PRINCE (best priced at 9/2) beat Shalaa Asker by a neck when last seen over this course and distance and that rival has boosted that form since. The handicapper has only raised Dark Side Prince 2lbs for that narrow success but the runner-up has won three times since and is now rated 13lbs higher.
This course and distance clearly suits Dark Side Prince well as his previous four successes have all come over it and he can hopefully record a 12th AW success from a good draw in Stall 3.
