The Antony Brittain trained five-year-old has form figures of 45121315 over this course and distance with him winning by six lengths from Inappropriate in December off a mark of 73.

The handicapper raised Without Compromise 10lbs for that victory prior to running in a Class 3 0-90 handicap only 19 days later. He now drops in grade to this Class 4 0-85 handicap and should run well following a 54 day break.

The Philip Kirby trained BATHGATE (best priced at 3/1) has a superb record at this track and can hopefully complete a hat-trick of wins over this course and distance. The six-year-old won by ½ length off a mark of 104 in January before following up a fortnight ago by 4 ¼ lengths off a mark of 108.

Bathgate has been raised 7lbs for that comfortable success and he should hold strong claims running well once again at this track with the dead eight runners.
