Having struck at Wincanton in January, LOCAL DERBY put a Fontwell mishap behind him when returning to winning ways at Exeter and Chris Gordon's charge is expected to defy a further 6lb rise. If there is to be a fly in the ointment it might be handicap-debutant Lola De Magny, who has shown promise in a couple of maidens so far. All Authorized is also noted.
Prediction : 1st Local Derby 2nd Lola De Magny 3rd All Authorized

The classy veteran EDWARDSTONE proved that he was still in love with the game when landing the Silviniaco Conti at Kempton before posting an understandably lesser effort in the Ascot Chase when last seen. Top weight should be no burden for Alan King's 12-year-old and he is fancied to get the better of progressive six-year-old Secret Des Dieux, while Kotmask can chase the pair home.
Prediction : 1st Edwardstone 2nd Secret Des Dieux 3rd Kotmask

LORIKO made little impact in a Hereford handicap in December but the son of Cokoriko boasts an official rating of 123 and is likely to take all the beating if returning to the form that saw him chase home the subsequent Grade 2 winner Kripticjm at Ascot in November. Flash Man shaped with promise at Kempton a fortnight ago and looks the main threat on the back of that performance, while the market can guide with regards to the Gary and Josh Moore duo Tetsworth and Oblemenko.
Prediction : 1st Loriko 2nd Flash Man 3rd Tetsworth

MINELLA JURY looked sure to contest the finish at Doncaster last time but fell at the last hurdle. The son of Jukebox Jury is one to keep on the right side of on only his second start in a handicap. Mount Anglesby held off a strong challenge by Kel Du Large (second) to win at Warwick. That pair are hard to separate, but High Fibre may emerge as a bigger threat having been headed close home at Ludlow a week ago.
Prediction : 1st Minella Jury 2nd High Fibre 3rd Mount Anglesby

Last year's winner Invincible Nao cannot be ruled with any confidence, while stablemate and recent Newbury winner Havaila also holds solid claims. However, SEA INVASION ticks plenty of boxes. Anthony Honeyball's charge has his preferred fast ground and landed a brace over 3m1f here last season. Only 2lb higher than his latest success, another bold bid is anticipated. Rivers Corner and Planned Paradise arrive in fine form and are not out of it either.
Prediction : 1st Sea Invasion 2nd Invincible Nao 3rd Havaila

YASMINA made a winning return after wind surgery with a gritty effort to overcome interference when scoring over C&D most recently. As that was also her debut in a handicap, a modest 3lb rise looks very manageable. A Tickatickatiming goes well here and is competitively weighted for an event of this nature. However, Risk It All is less exposed at this stage and he could prove to be a bigger danger.
Prediction : 1st Yasmina 2nd Risk It All 3rd A Tickatickatiming

KAMILLE AU KANADA went straight into a Listed race on her Rules debut at Sandown and this nicely-bred mare should have benefited greatly from the experience. Having finished first past the post in both point-to-point starts (albeit disqualified on the first occasion) the future looks bright for this 72,000-pound purchase. Fellow point recruit Mint Approved wasn't beaten far on his NH introduction and that C&D experience puts him above Hitintheheadlines and Cheap Sandwiches on the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Kamille Au Kanada 2nd Mint Approved 3rd Hitintheheadlines
