In a contest where all of these have questions to answer, TOM CREEN looks to be the safest option. Runner-up here over shorter in December off a 6lb higher mark, he wasn't disgraced over C&D last month and that might give him the edge. Arctic Saint has had a wind operation ahead of his chase debut which could aid his cause, while Cardamon Hill appears best of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Tom Creen 2nd Arctic Saint 3rd Cardamon Hill

DARTMOUTH CASTLE has improved with each run over hurdles, most notably when runner-up last time at Newcastle. This appears to be an excellent opportunity for Donald McCain's gelding to get off the mark in this sphere, having won a bumper here last May. Wendywilldo returns from just over a year off the track and has to be respected along with Whenthemusicstops.
Prediction : 1st Dartmouth Castle 2nd Wendywilldo 3rd Whenthemusicstops

CHEMISTRY was a smart performer on the Flat for Aidan O'Brien and the five-year-old may enjoy the switch to this new discipline. If translating any of that ability, he is likely to prove a warm order. Rebel Tribesman was beaten on his hurdling bow over C&D and is likely to have benefited from that experience. The rest have plenty to prove, but Kuredu King appeals most after a wind operation.
Prediction : 1st Chemistry 2nd Rebel Tribesman 3rd Kuredu King

Chasing didn't go to plan for THE GREY MAN earlier this season, but he put those efforts behind him to scoot well clear at Ffos Las before following up at Wetherby. Harriet Dickin's charge is only 1lb higher now and looks to have the hat-trick well within his sights. Jongleur D'etoiles is 2lb well in having been narrowly denied at Doncaster most recently, while the veteran Goodoldbill competes from 2lb out of the handicap, but he does arrive on the back of consecutive wins.
Prediction : 1st The Grey Man 2nd Jongleur Detoiles 3rd Goodoldbill

DILLARCHIE had Wee Alki a length in arrears over C&D last month and might take some beating in pursuit of her hat-trick, especially when noting that she is only 1lb worse off with the latter. East Eagle arrives on the back of a Catterick second but was also defeated by the selection on his penultimate start, so class-dropper Star Vantage might be a bigger threat.
Prediction : 1st Dillarchie 2nd Wee Alki 3rd Star Vantage

KING SACRE couldn't lay a glove on Klitschko over C&D on his handicap bow last time out, but that was still a big step forward on what he'd shown previously. This is no penalty kick for Nigel Hawke's charge but he should still have more in the locker, and an ease in grade will do his chances no harm either. Clean Getaway is better known for his chasing exploits, as evidenced here recently, though he is still a player, as is Blackwater Lilly, who built on a promising Flat effort to hit the frame over track and trip earlier in the month.
Prediction : 1st King Sacre 2nd Clean Getaway 3rd Blackwater Lilly
