Charlie Appleby and William Buick teamed up to win this last year so newcomer Cerro Blanco needs to be taken seriously. However, this trip might be on the sharp side and with that in mind, WIELD is preferred. Andrew Balding's colt was able to build on a underwhelming debut effort when third at Chelmsford last month and could put that experience to good use. 500,000-euro purchase Makerstoun warrants a market check.
Prediction : 1st Wield 2nd Cerro Blanco 3rd Makerstoun

Shadow King is a half-brother to Involvement, who was victorious on his debut. Although the son of Dark Angel is likely to progress over trips longer than this, he must still be respected. Innichen could improve on his debut sixth at Bath, but ADAAY OF SCARLETT might be the one. Hugo Palmer's youngster is bred for speed and given that his dam placed at Group level, it would be no surprise were he to make an instant impression.
Prediction : 1st Adaay Of Scarlett 2nd Shadow King 3rd Innichen

TALK OF NEW YORK created quite the impression when bolting up on his debut at Kempton and had excuses when a beaten favourite in a Listed contest at Meydan next time. The son of Wootton Bassett could be a different proposition in the first-time hood, though, and he is expected to bounce straight back to form. Lost Signal completed a double at Ffos Las back in August and is noted, while Richie's Rocket also merits consideration.
Prediction : 1st Talk Of New York 2nd Lost Signal 3rd Richies Rocket

Stellar Vision justified cramped odds to get off the mark at Wolverhampton in January and has to be considered on his first start in a handicap. Similar comments apply to Sierra Sands, who has the assistance of Ryan Moore, but CASHBOX is preferred. Charles Hills' gelding won both of his nursery outings last season, with the latest of those coming over track and trip in October. Although 4lb higher ahead of his return, he remains the one to beat.
Prediction : 1st Cashbox 2nd Stellar Vision 3rd Sierra Sands

The consistent Sturlasson must be taken seriously on his return to the fray and it would come as no surprise if We Never Stop was involved in the finish. DYONISOS just edges it, though, as he can show the benefit of having had a couple of efforts in the Dubai sunshine this winter and his latest third at Meydan was a really encouraging display.
Prediction : 1st Dyonisos 2nd Sturlasson 3rd We Never Stop

This is a fascinating contest consisting of plenty of three-year-olds who could make up into really nice types this season. Darn Hot Gallop is unbeaten in two starts and impressed under a penalty when scoring in novice company at Newcastle. She is respected, as is Pandemonium, who was tried in a Group 3 last year, and We're Goosers, who looks sure to improve now stepping up to a mile. TIGER POWER gets a tentative vote though because the Haydock debut scorer has had a run this year and it was a good one at Southwell.
Prediction : 1st Tiger Power 2nd Darn Hot Gallop 3rd Pandemonium

Real Gain has won at this track before and is beginning to look well treated again, while Esherann singed off his 2025 campaign with a win at the Curragh and is another to consider closely ahead of his stable debut/seasonal return. GREAT CHIEFTAIN has had a couple of runs at Meydan this year though and the C&D winner might be able to show the benefit of that.
Prediction : 1st Great Chieftain 2nd Real Gain 3rd Esherann
