East Eagle has been very consistent so has to enter the equation too.

GRANNY HAWKINS has returned from breaks to win twice at Hereford and although it has only been 43 days since the most recent, she should still be fresh enough to make a bold hat-trick bid. Borna Gem banished a couple of non-completions to the memory with a breakthrough hurdling success at Ludlow and goes handicapping off a handy mark. La Marquise is edging back towards the winner's enclosure, while Max Of Stars and Mary are noted as well.

Renoir ended last year's campaign with a respectable third at Hereford and a subsequent wind operation makes him of interest, while Klassy Pearl is also noted.

BOND BROKER was no surprise winner at Ludlow following a string of encouraging efforts previously and, if he lines up here in the same mood, he could dominate this small field from the front and gallop them into submission. Park Annonciade was similarly impressive at Huntingdon and won't go down without a fight, while Pure Carbon is the pick for third.
