Binadham is interesting in first-time cheekpieces but preference goes to SHALAA ASKER (best priced at 4/1) arrives in form. The Charlie Wallis trained eight-year-old has recent form figures of 11522 which includes a course and distance success in January and a head 2nd over this course and distance last time off a 1lb lower mark.
With a strong pace expected to be set by the likes of Smooth Silesie, Em Four and Midnight Call, the race should set up perfectly for Shalaa Asker who can pounce late under Rob Hornby.

The John Butler trained KAARANAH (best priced at 6/4) won in first-time cheekpieces when sent off a well-supported 9/4 favourite. The eight-year-old stayed on strongly under David Egan, who was deputising on board, to win by ¾ length and the handicapper has only raised him 4lbs for that success over this course and distance.
With only five rivals to beat in this similar contest, Kaaranah is expected to make it 2/2 in cheekpieces under David Egan.
