The Jane Williams trained LA LUNA ARTISTA (best priced at 13/8) was an impressive 13 length winner of the Grade 2 Adonis Juvenile Hurdle at Kempton and although that winning margin was exaggerated by the final flight fall of Precious Man, she could still prove well handicapped off an opening mark of 125. The filly has won three of her previous four starts and was unlucky not to finish closer at Cheltenham in January when denied a clear run approaching the last.
Connections of La Luna Artista can be rewarded for choosing to bypass both Cheltenham and Aintree festivals to come here on the final day of the season.

I was at Leicester on Monday last week when WRECK IT RYLEY (best priced at 3/1) was an impressive six length winner when dropped back down to 6f when he made it 2/2 at the track and also 2/2 under Ray Dawson. The Alan Brown trained gelding won over this course and distance in October off a mark of 68 and won easily last time off a mark of 73.
The handicapper has raised Wreck It Ryley 9lbs for his facile success 12 days ago but on that form he should be able to cope with the step up in grade and he looks the one to beat.
