The well-bred SIGNORA is capable and goes well on easy ground. By Frankel and out of a Group 2 winner who has already produced two stakes winners, Aidan O'Brien's filly attained a Group 3-placing on debut last May and although a four-race maiden, comes here fit and well. Expert Dancer is also useful, but finished behind Signora at Cork recently. The 90-rated Ridersinthesky was Group 3-placed last August and finished third behind the top-class Precise in a maiden earlier that month. Dropping slightly in distance isn't ideal, though, and she also makes her seasonal reappearance on easy ground.
Prediction : 1st Signora 2nd Expert Dancer 3rd Ridersinthesky

Assuming The Publican's Son takes up his engagement at Cork on Friday, this should be a nice opportunity for ZENFORD. Third, beaten just a length, at Leopardstown on his sole appearance as a juvenile, the Johnny Murtagh-trained gelding occupied the same position on his return in a good Curragh maiden. He may not even need to improve on that to break through here. God Of Power was disappointing at Dundalk when last seen, but he has been gelded since and did offer encouragement there on his introduction. Big Cypress has a smart pedigree and can leave an ordinary Curragh debut behind him.
Prediction : 1st Zenford 2nd God Of Power 3rd Big Cypress

SRON NA CAISE can build on a promising soft-ground introduction earlier this month. Out of a mare who scored on debut, Ken Condon's four-year-old was well enough held in fourth at Gowran but nonetheless showed nice ability and finished ahead of some able types, including the fifth-placed Wild Sapphire, who had previously beaten today's rivals Tyraxes and Mystic Bella in March. Spacebound is also quite useful and having shown form on testing ground at the Curragh last month, looks sure to get involved.
Prediction : 1st Sron Na Caise 2nd Tyraxes 3rd Spacebound

A chance is taken that DEUTERONOMY returns to form. The seven-year-old completed a hat-trick last summer, including a win here, and although well held twice this year, his rating has slipped a little. The three-year-old Electric Night is by a leading stallion but while she has shown ability and remains unexposed, she races on turf for the first time. Last-start winners Lady Arwen and Bella Colombia have obvious claims, while Moyassr is rated 9lb higher on the all-weather but soft ground won't suit.
Prediction : 1st Deuteronomy 2nd Electric Night 3rd Lady Arwen

FAOLADH has a wide draw and might prefer drier ground, but ran well recently and represents an in-form yard. Although he has won just once from 12 runs, he is able at this level and is now rated just 2lb higher than when scoring at Leopardstown last June. Red Hugh O'Donnell won a soft-ground maiden last summer and although he hasn't been placed in any of his five previous handicap starts, he ran well in a higher-rated handicap at Listowel last September, from which the third-placed horse scored next time. Selective Power likes easy ground and ran well enough at Bellewstown, while Mythical Rock debuts for new connections having belatedly won in January.
Prediction : 1st Faoladh 2nd Red Hugh ODonnell 3rd Selective Power

16:25 Limerick

HELLORHIGHWATER debuts in a handicap for new connections on seasonal reappearance but is suited by easy ground and is useful. Rion Rubette carries a 7lb penalty for a recent win but should be suited by this longer trip, while Spanish Temptress likes soft ground and has recent form. Similarly, soft conditions suit Highbury See See, who wasn't beaten far at the Curragh.
Prediction : 1st Hellorhighwater 2nd Rion Rubette 3rd Spanish Temptress

CHABLIS ROCK sports a first-time tongue-tie and is fit and well, while also proven on these conditions. A half-sister to Group 2 winner Coltrane, the selection built on her debut run when finishing third at Gowran last October and at the Curragh earlier this month she finished second to a nice type. Near Perfection is well bred, being a half-sister to Derby winner Anthony Van Dyck. Her dam also scored at Group 3 level and she's noted along with Pleased.
Prediction : 1st Chablis Rock 2nd Near Perfection 3rd Pleased

KHORMOR SYD finished in front of two of these rivals when finishing second 16 days ago and should be competitive. That Gowran race was just his second handicap start, so he can continue to progress with soft ground also suitable. Miss Crinshawn also ran well on her second handicap start at Dundalk in January and is noted, while Calamint wasn't beaten far in a heavy-ground handicap at Navan.
Prediction : 1st Khormor Syd 2nd Miss Crinshawn 3rd Calamint
