LA LUNA ARTISTA was an impressive winner of the Adonis at Kempton before missing out on getting in the Fred Winter at Cheltenham. Jane Williams' filly appears to be well handicapped off 125 and quicker ground conditions aren't a concern as she won a bumper on good to firm ground at Exeter on debut. Made U Blush has to be respected after winning a Listed contest at Musselburgh, while stable companions Cloaks Of Gold and Only One Blue head the remainder.
Prediction : 1st La Luna Artista 2nd Made U Blush 3rd Cloaks Of Gold

Kadastral has struggled on more testing ground than he encounters here on his last couple of starts and it wouldn't be a surprise if he were fairly handicapped off 125. Cosmic Connection was successful on his handicap bow at Chepstow a fortnight ago and is expected to be competitive along with the progressive Kocktail Bleu, but the vote goes to MINELLA YOGA. The four-year-old has enjoyed a fine start to his career, winning three of his four starts, and his trainer's decision to miss all the major juvenile races this spring might be rewarded here.
Prediction : 1st Minella Yoga 2nd Kadastral 3rd Cosmic Connection

BLOW YOUR WAD has shown a strong level of form since the mid-season switch to Gary & Josh Moore and has seemingly thrived for being campaigned more aggressively. The eight-year-old finished fourth in the Ultima before winning at Chepstow and this appears to be an excellent opportunity for him to end his campaign on a high. Doyen Quest struggled to land a blow when tactics were changed at Aintree but more positive tactics over a shorter trip would play to his strengths, especially based on his second here to Salver in December. Matterhorn and Mahons Glory are noted too.
Prediction : 1st Blow Your Wad 2nd Doyen Quest 3rd Matterhorn

Despite finishing second yet again at Cheltenham in the Ryanair, Jonbon still displayed plenty of guts. The 10-year-old did get the better of Thistle Ask in the Clarence House but that rival comes here fresh and has every chance of reversing the form. However, it is Melling Chase runner-up SOLNESS who appeals most. He played his part in what was arguably the race of the meeting at Aintree with Grey Dawning and might be able to dominant on the front end here. It's also worth considering Mirabad, who looked a different proposition under patient tactics in the Maghull.
Prediction : 1st Solness 2nd Thistle Ask 3rd Jonbon

Havaila is developing into a smart staying chaser and has attracted plenty of ante-post support, although he has been bumped up 10lb for his Sussex National romp and takes on a better class of opponent. Ask Brewster tasted Festival glory in the Kim Muir and was pulled out of last week's Scottish National on account of the testing ground. So was Montregard, who was strongly fancied for the Ayr feature after landing a good pot at Ascot. He was runner-up in a hot handicap there prior to that, but was only three lengths or so ahead of the third IN D'OR and Fergal O'Brien's charge is 7lb better off so gets the nod.
Prediction : 1st In dOr 2nd Montregard 3rd Ask Brewster

KABRAL DU MATHAN went to Cheltenham as one of the most exciting horses in training and looked like justifying the hype when sauntering into the lead at the last in the Stayers' Hurdle. The petrol gauge quickly ran on empty, but he remains a top-class prospect and will be much happier at this trip. Jingko Blue landed a gamble in handicap company in the BetMGM Cup before coming up short in the Liverpool Hurdle. He is another who will be suited by the drop in distance, although he was firmly put in his place by the selection in the Relkeel. Lucky Place was third on that occasion and then even further behind his stablemate at the Festival.
Prediction : 1st Kabral Du Mathan 2nd Jingko Blue 3rd Lucky Place

CALIMYSTIC has taken his game to another level since going chasing and built on a narrow Newbury triumph by winning much more convincingly here. He travelled strongly so the drop from 3m shouldn't be a problem and he can successfully take the next step up the ladder. Kahavari has been knocking on the door, but the handicapper hasn't been his friend so a bigger threat could come in the shape of Go West. The top-weight had his limitations exposed in the Pendil, but was impressive in landing a competitive Musselburgh handicap before that.
Prediction : 1st Calimystic 2nd Go West 3rd Kahavari

A victory for Dan Skelton would be a fitting end to the campaign and Listentoyourheart has every chance, with the drop in trip in her favour. There may be better-treated contenders in here, though, and GNOMON has much more scope for improvement. Toby Lawes' five-year-old beat a subsequent winner to deservedly get off the mark over timber at Ascot and goes handicapping off a nice mark. Favour And Fortune made the frame in a hot Aintree contest for the second year in succession, while Across Earth has held his form well all season. Surrey Lord and Trustintimes are just two others to consider.
Prediction : 1st Gnomon 2nd Favour And Fortune 3rd Across Earth
