Well beaten on debut, INVINCIBLE ISAAC is going the right way based on his encouraging fourth at Nottingham last time. The son of Mayson caught the eye staying on strongly in the closing stages, suggesting this extra furlong will bring further improvement. Third at Newmarket, Anna Belardo may also improve for the extra test of stamina, while O'gorman showed some ability when runner-up at Yarmouth and Duidin is a newcomer to note.
Prediction : 1st Invincible Isaac 2nd Anna Belardo 3rd Ogorman

Hello Humphrey finished a close third over C&D in December, but he lacks a recent run and SLACK BOB makes more appeal. Picked off late when runner-up over a mile at Yarmouth recently, Ed Dunlop's charge looks set to launch another strong challenge back over this shorter trip. Roccobear had excuses last time and is not without hope, while the returning Personal Pride is worth a second look on his handicap bow.
Prediction : 1st Slack Bob 2nd Hello Humphrey 3rd Roccobear

A case can be made for several of these, but LANGSTONE has the advantage of a recent outing under his belt. Clive Cox's grey overcame greenness to get his head in front at Doncaster last month and another bold bid looks assured. Tales Of Wisdom won easily at Southwell on last year's debut, while Ray Mon Dough also scored with plenty in hand when successful over 6f at Lingfield in November. Newcastle winner Golden Conqueror is not out of it either.
Prediction : 1st Langstone 2nd Tales Of Wisdom 3rd Ray Mon Dough

Royal Fanfare, Star Baby and Lightning Glory will no doubt attract plenty of attention representing top yards on their racecourse introductions, but experience can win the day and MERRY is fancied to make it third-time lucky. She outperformed market expectations on her debut here and confirmed that promise with another solid effort in defeat at Southwell. Stretching out in trip may help and Rossa Ryan is a really positive jockey booking.
Prediction : 1st Merry 2nd Royal Fanfare 3rd Star Baby

I AM ME wasn't winning out of turn here in February and may have had something up his sleeve. He certainly gave the impression there could be more to come and it was encouraging the way in which he made headway between horses close home. Sea Founder won over a couple of furlongs further at Lingfield three starts ago and is respected on that form, while Ash Wednesday commands respect as well.
Prediction : 1st I Am Me 2nd Sea Founder 3rd Ash Wednesday

SPACE BEAR has a 6lb penalty to contend with for last week's Yarmouth success, but connections have found her another very winnable opening and the manner of that smooth victory suggests she's up to the task. Tenzi is the obvious danger following her breakthrough triumph in novice company at Southwell, while Leonie is another to consider on her handicap debut.
Prediction : 1st Space Bear 2nd Tenzi 3rd Leonie

COSPICUA is progressive and she's a dual C&D winner to boot. James Tate's charge has improved markedly since going handicapping and is expected to continue her good run of form in this heat. Blackisthenewblack is interesting now tried in first-time cheekpieces and is a must for the shortlist, while Saxophonic is another to bear in mind and Make It Up could quite easily run into a place.
Prediction : 1st Cospicua 2nd Blackisthenewblack 3rd Saxophonic
