Walking On Clouds was fancied to perform better than he did at Wolverhampton, but might have found his current level now.

Mintana is likely to give her supporters a run for their money from on or near the pace, but it's possible that she's most effective over 7f these days. It might be the other way round for PORFIN, whose last two outings have come at that trip but he was in better form over this distance previously and struck under today's jockey over C&D as recently as January. Harry Brown was back in third on that occasion, but is better off at the weights so must be feared.

Desdemona failed in her bid to complete a three-timer when only sixth over 6f here last month, but both of her previous victories came over this distance so there will be plenty who give her another chance. C&D scorer Wedgewood may also have a say, but TUSCAN POINT finished over three lengths clear of the third when hitting the woodwork at Catterick and with the Adam Kirby yard in fine order, he looks the one to side with.

Willow Wood showed ability in her three appearances last year and is of interest stepping up in trip on her handicap bow. Ghost Story returns to action on a workable figure and is respected, but AMMOONY makes the most appeal. Tom Clover's filly was touched off over an extended mile at Wolverhampton on her comeback and an opening mark of 67 might prove to be lenient.

Play Me signed off his three-year-old campaign with a good second at Nottingham in October and needs considering on his return to the fray. Super Hit warrants a market check on his first start for James Owen, but MR FUSTIC may be the way to go. Andi Brown's inmate struck by half a length at Southwell on his latest outing and a similar display might see him record a double.

Havana Touch returned to winning ways over a mile at Kempton at the start of the month and has an obvious chance of following up, but it may pay to side with BLUE COLLAR LAD. Daniel Steele's multiple Lingfield winner outran his odds of 40/1 when filling the runner-up spot over C&D latest and looks well placed to go one better. Of the remainder, Portman Blue makes the most appeal.

Despite being a beaten favourite at Wolverhampton, DIVOT still produced a good effort to occupy the runner-up berth and is just 1lb higher. William Knight's charge might only need to reproduce that level of form in order to go one better. Skimming Along hit the crossbar over 1m6f at Chelmsford in October and is considered on his return, while Imperial Cult is another to watch out for.
