Crystal Jet won her bumper by a length at Hereford last month and if she takes to hurdles at the first attempt she could certainly be a major player here. Crystal Days has experience on her side with five starts over hurdles and warrants respect after a Hereford second, but RISK DE CERISY is the pick. Trained by Dan Skelton, who has won two of the last three runnings of this, she may try to make all dropping back to the two miles after fading over further at Plumpton.
Prediction : 1st Risk De Cerisy 2nd Crystal Jet 3rd Crystal Days

IRISH CHORUS arrives in sublime form after winning her last two, the first of those over C&D, though she will need to improve again after being put up 5lb for her latest success at Newton Abbot. Tommy Cullen hasn't been seen since a Huntingdon fourth in November but his best form is on the decent ground expected here and he can go well fresh. Lacrima has good French form and can be forgiven his run over hurdles at Chepstow which would have put him spot-on for this.
Prediction : 1st Irish Chorus 2nd Tommy Cullen 3rd Lacrima

Spitalfield drops a class after disappointing at Haydock off 3lb higher and if he reacts positively to first-time cheekpieces he could run into a place. Sir Rock returns to hurdles for the first time since November 2024 and would have a say at these weights on his better form, but CINDERELLO is preferred. Only beaten two lengths at Plumpton in September off 1lb higher, she is lightly raced and may have more to offer.
Prediction : 1st Cinderello 2nd Sir Rock 3rd Spitalfield

IMPERIAL BEDE finished over seven lengths clear of the third when hitting the woodwork in this grade at Haydock last month and is now 3lb higher. With Harry Cobden taking over in the plate, he looks the one to beat. Full Force Gale only found one too good on his chasing bow over C&D in March and needs to be taken seriously along with Harel Du Marais, who remains on a competitive mark.
Prediction : 1st Imperial Bede 2nd Full Force Gale 3rd Harel Du Marais

Wondering Why won by five lengths at Lingfield in January and based on that performance, an opening mark of 115 might not be beyond him. Nap Hand completes off an appealing figure and is noted, but the vote goes to WILD GOOSE. The six-year-old justified favouritism in comfortable fashion in this class at Hereford on his most recent outing and looks well placed to record a double.
Prediction : 1st Wild Goose 2nd Wondering Why 3rd Nap Hand

Luna Run is of interest on her first appearance for the Harry Derham stable and she warrants a market check, but it may pay to side with INNISFREE PEARL. Alan King's mare had Jessie Jump Jet eight lengths behind in third when filling the runner-up spot at Hereford last month and can confirm that form to go one better. Mistral Blue is another to watch out for.
Prediction : 1st Innisfree Pearl 2nd Luna Run 3rd Mistral Blue
