The handicapper has been generous in dropping Hidden Verse 2lbs for a slightly disappointing run at Pontefract last time but he can now bounce back off a mark of 60 in this race.

The winner Synchronicity is currently favourite for a listed race at York on Friday, the runner-up Song Of The Clouds won her next start comfortably by 3 ¼ lengths, the third Tarrant ran well to finish 3rd at Ascot on her next start and the 5th Seet won by 2 ½ lengths on her next start.

Bright Summer shaped as if she would step forward from her debut run fitness wise and she looks set to get off the mark at the second attempt.

Lightning Tiger is interesting in a first-time hood but preference instead goes to TWILIGHT MOON (best priced at 11/4) who has won both of her starts over this course and distance. The Marcus Tregoning trained filly is unbeaten on her two starts when ridden by Rob Hornby, is unbeaten on her two starts at this track and now bids for a hat-trick of wins under those conditions.

The handicapper has only raised Twilight Moon 3lbs for her 1 ¼ length success last time and despite being drawn wider than ideal in Stall 8, she looks the one to beat.
