Steve Ryder's two tips for Monday come from Carlisle and Windsor.

This looks a competitive 0-75 handicap but a chance is taken on IRIS DANCER (best priced at 11/2) at the bottom of the weights. The Tristan Davidson trained eight-year-old won three times last season off marks of 59, 63 and 68 in blinkers so her three runs this season can be upgraded as she hasn’t worn any headgear.
Iris Dancer outran odds of 20/1 to finish 2nd on her reappearance before finishing 4th beaten 2 ½ lengths last time off a mark of 62. The handicapper has been generous in dropping her 2lbs for that effort down to a mark of 60 and he looks to hold strong each way claims with blinkers back on.

5:40 Windsor
The William Knight trained REGAL ENVOY (best priced at 13/2) won this race last year off a mark of 88 and he runs in it again off the same mark despite winning last time at Bath. The seven-year-old is unbeaten over 5f at this track including when following up after last year’s success off a mark of 91.
The presence of Democracy Dilemma in this race will ensure a strong pace and although he made all last time at Bath, his two victories here last season came when racing prominently behind a strong pace.
