William Haggas' colt was runner-up at Yarmouth on his return and the form was boosted by the winner scoring on his handicap bow at Newbury on Saturday.

KNIGHTS CHARGE built on a promising debut when running out a comfortable winner at Lingfield at the end of last month. Roger Varian's charge improved for the step up in trip on that occasion and is likely to have more to offer. Bay Royale boasts a similar profile to the selection having won over C&D on his second start and commands plenty of respect. Outflank and Domenico Contarini are others capable of being in the mix, while any market support for newcomer Cloud Forest would make him of interest.

The daughter of Australia finished a respectable third in a maiden contest that is working out well and she could prove better than her opening mark if building on that promising display. Beverley runner-up North Force and Rosa Inglesa also made encouraging seasonal returns, with the former perhaps proving the main danger.

Saying that, ZIATA also has plenty of scope for improvement now handicapping.
