It's far too soon to write off CALL ME TOMORROW after a underwhelming effort on fast going at Newmarket. Richard Hannon's filly was beaten only a head on easier ground on last month's debut at the same venue, and the daughter of Minzaal looks worth another chance on that form given the third has won subsequently. My Maria boasts plenty of speed in her pedigree, as does He's Readytorumble, and they could prove best of the newcomers.
Prediction : 1st Call Me Tomorrow 2nd My Maria 3rd Hes Readytorumble

GREAT DREAM has been gelded and switched yards since finishing a close third over 7f at Yarmouth in October. That form has worked out well and this return to a mile should not be an issue for William Haggas' new inmate. Champagne Powder returns to turf and could prove a threat if any rain arrives, while little separated Nakaaha (second) and Happy Banner (third) at Bath recently, with the latter preferred of the pair on this occasion.
Prediction : 1st Great Dream 2nd Champagne Powder 3rd Happy Banner

GOLDEN BROWN is the most exposed, but also boasts the strongest form. He finished a respectable second in the Two Year Old Trophy at Redcar in October, and Ed Walker's gelding could improve on last month's reappearance at Lingfield behind July Cup entry Behike. Charlie Boyo showed plenty of pace over the minimum trip last term and has been gelded since. He's one to note, along with the newcomer Vichenza.
Prediction : 1st Golden Brown 2nd Charlie Boyo 3rd Vichenza

A win for Oxted here would make the headlines as the former Group 1 winner makes his first start since 2021. However, ALMERAQ looked to be on an upward curve when winning at Ayr before falling when going well at York in September. The four-year-old remains unexposed and merits plenty of respect on his return. Cool Hoof Luke needs to bounce back from a poor effort at York recently but is another to consider.
Prediction : 1st Almeraq 2nd Oxted 3rd Cool Hoof Luke

Archer's Grace looks a typical James Fanshawe improver and, after getting off the mark at the third attempt at Lingfield, she could progress further. MOJITO improved considerably on her return as a three-year-old to win by over two lengths at Doncaster and although upped 6lb for that, she may be able to follow up despite a rise in class. Lovers Leap and Starlight Sami also deserve some consideration in a highly-competitive event.
Prediction : 1st Mojito 2nd Archers Grace 3rd Lovers Leap

There are a few interesting handicap debutants, including the Andrew Balding-trained Fahidi, but punters should keep the faith with RASPOUTINE. Sir Mark Prescott's gelding scored emphatically at Lingfield before losing out by a nose at Southwell. That form has since been franked and with improvement likely over this longer trip, compensation might await. What's The Plan shaped with promise on his seasonal return and also don't rule out Tabasko.
Prediction : 1st Raspoutine 2nd Fahidi 3rd Whats The Plan

Shayhana edged out a subsequent winner on her return at Wolverhampton last month and appears to be on a fair mark ahead of her handicap debut, but preference is for TOO FARHH GONE. Warren Greatrex's filly took a big leap forward when upped in trip at Southwell and if translating that to the grass, she could be one to keep onside going forward. First Officer is next best.
Prediction : 1st Too Farhh Gone 2nd Shayhana 3rd First Officer
