FURTHER MEASURE (best priced at 7/1) is unbeaten over this course and distance in his career and he has now dropped back down to a competitive handicap mark. The Mike Murphy trained nine-year-old won over this course and distance in February 2025 off a mark of 63 before winning again in February this year off a mark of 62.
Further Measure has run with credit on his two previous starts at Southwell and Lingfield but now returns back to his preferred track off a mark of 63.

This looks a competitive 0-85 handicap but a chance is taken on ARRY UP (best priced at 13/2) who will appreciate this return to the AW. The Rod Millman trained gelding lost his unbeaten record in handicaps when last of 19 at Ascot last time but had previously won all three of his handicap starts including two over this course and distance.
Arry Up needs to prove himself in this grade but is clearly progressive and can use his course experience from Stall 4.
