MAN'S BEST FRIEND sets the standard on the strength of his debut fourth, form which has already been boosted significantly. This No Nay Never colt was learning throughout that run and finished off encouragingly. New Bond Street was strongly supported on debut, but she failed to deliver after breaking slowly and showing signs of greenness. The 200,000gns breeze-up purchase is sure to come forward for that experience, and the initial confidence may be vindicated. Anglesea Bridge was also slowly away and green on debut, but he should improve and has a place chance.
Prediction : 1st Mans Best Friend 2nd New Bond Street 3rd Anglesea Bridge

BAD BOY RIZZ should have arguably won on his penultimate start at Cork and ran respectably last time out. Now dropped to a rating of 81 and back down in grade, he looks to have a good chance under Shane Foley. I Bid You Ajou runs off a career-high mark, but he is really consistent and the partnership with Dylan Browne McMonagle being retained is a positive. Flaming Rib returns to 6f for the first time in over a year and that may spark a revival.
Prediction : 1st Bad Boy Rizz 2nd I Bid You Ajou 3rd Flaming Rib

CONCORDE LANDED was well supported when winning impressively on debut and holds Lowther and Moyglare Stakes entries, with her trainer suggesting the former is a potential target. She gets a narrow vote over Shimmering Sun, who won well on debut before finishing seventh in the Queen Mary, staying on late after a messy start. Silent Beauty won very well on debut before bombing out in the Albany, which is excusable. Tropical Crown is another to consider.
Prediction : 1st Concorde Landed 2nd Shimmering Sun 3rd Silent Beauty

This contest has gone to UK raiders for the last two years, and SOUL LOVE has great claims to extend that trend for Karl Burke. She has progressed with each start, winning at Listed level before finishing third in a York Group 3. The Starman filly sets the standard and is expected to double her tally in this grade. Fregada's run against Big Gossey last time out was a step back in the right direction. Tahcawin and Oh Cecilia are closely matched on their recent meeting, although slight preference is for the former.
Prediction : 1st Soul Love 2nd Fregada 3rd Tahcawin

It is difficult to form a compelling case for any of these, and so a chance is taken on AKASHAA. She was subject to market support on her latest outing at Dundalk where she attempted to make all but was headed in the closing stages. Still relatively unexposed, she has her usual tongue-tie reapplied and may be feasibly treated. Famous Enough finished second last time at Dundalk and now runs off a 5lb lower turf mark, with Sadhbh Tormey's claim strengthening her chances. Mehmar has operated at a higher level in the past and ran creditably behind a well-handicapped rival at Leopardstown. He has been dropped 2lb, so he holds solid place prospects.
Prediction : 1st Akashaa 2nd Famous Enough 3rd Mehmar

CONTRARY TO LAW has been an eyecatcher throughout his career and still proves a difficult ride in the hood for Ben Coen. After sustained market support at Fairyhouse, he broke his duck when getting up in the final strides and a 7lb rise may not stop further progress. Thenandnow had some good form in maidens before winning a Curragh contest comfortably. Thereafter, she was tried in Listed company and although not able to cope with that class rise, she should have finished second on handicap debut at Fairyhouse. Jessica Harrington's filly should be involved again, while Watch Tower enters calculations after his Leopardstown success, though an 8lb rise asks more of him.
Prediction : 1st Contrary To Law 2nd Thenandnow 3rd Watch Tower

PHENOMENAL FILLY was a maiden winner and finished fifth in the Goffs Million at the Curragh in her juvenile season. She could be deemed unlucky not to have won the Brownstown at Leopardstown on her return to action after receiving some interference. Paddy Twomey now reaches for cheekpieces for his charge and she can go one better. Suzie Song gains preference for a runner-up finish over Fort Vega solely on the weight difference.
