The form of the race run in by Roeillaun has worked out well and she will have a chance back in calmer waters.

SIROCCO SANDS relished fast ground when readily scoring at York last month. This looks tougher, but he is clearly going the right way as he previously posted solid efforts in second over C&D and in fourth at the Curragh behind a subsequent Group 2 winner. La Tache ran on well to prevail by a neck in a maiden at the Curragh on Sunday and is a significant threat on the quick turnaround. Star Prospect didn't feature in the Norfolk at Royal Ascot, but is likely to be heavily involved as the form of his victory on debut at the Curragh is strong. Lars Soldier and Grayrobin have shown enough dash to also have a say.

KENDALL ROY has to give plenty of weight away, but the five-year-old has a good record at this track and is a real money-spinner for connections. He returned from Bahrain to land a Listed contest over C&D last month before finding Group 2 company a step too far at the Curragh on Saturday. Eclairage can often gain lengths from the gates and Terry Casey's 7lb claim could help her last home, while Rosie Frith and Genesis are others to consider.

STOOKED was strong in the market at the Curragh and there was plenty of promise in her close second. The more experienced winner only wore the newcomer down in the final strides to get up by a head, but Ger Lyons' filly was nicely clear of the third home and looks to have a bright future. It was a similar story for Andaman Fifty who went down by a neck on her first outing at Sligo in May which gives her leading claims. Trek Home has been building his experience and got close to the breakthrough when beaten two noses into third in a driving finish at Navan. Lohoobb, on Irish debut, Cladach and Feel Happy are others that could get into contention.

Colin Keane is a notable booking for DUBAI OPULENCE, who showed much more in fourth in a higher grade at Navan. That was just his second run in a handicap. El Fontenaro is one of the more solid options having filled the runner-up berth on her last couple of races at Fairyhouse and Limerick. Platino Bianco beat a big field at Naas on her penultimate start and didn't run badly in fifth when last seen at Bellewstown.

The 90-rated ALPHONSUS LIGUORI should go well in this company for Joseph O'Brien. He has earned his mark on the back of a close second on debut at Gowran Park behind a useful sort, and a victory in a Killarney maiden - form that has been franked by the placed horses. Fate's Gambit has had a busy year, but is rated some 27lb inferior to Alphonsus Liguori and only gets 5lb from him. Holy Lettuce can improve on an opening fifth at Killarney.

POINT CARTWRIGHT has been keeping on well for third over shorter trips at Naas and Killarney, and the extra distance here could help him to get off the mark in first-time cheekpieces. Glen Echo showed a nice bit of improvement when third over 1m5f at Down Royal and is another who gets cheekpieces for the first time. Millhone was up in trip at Naas and responded with a close second, so she is one to note too.
