TIP 1: MOUNT KING - 1pt
Best odds of 4/1 at PricedUp while publishing.
This looks a competitive 0-70 handicap but preference goes to MOUNT KING (best priced at 4/1) who bounced back to form last time in first-time blinkers. The Tim Easterby trained six-year-old is a four time course and distance winner is career off marks of 67, 62, 67 and 62 and he has only been raised 3lbs for his latest victory.
Connections of Mount King switched his usual cheekpieces for first-time blinkers and they worked out a treat with him staying on strongly to win by a length. If they have the same effect for a second time then he should prove hard to beat off his revised mark.

TIP 2: POINT LYNAS - 1pt
Best odds available of 2/1 at SpreadEx while publishing.
The favourite Holloway Boy is 6lbs clear on ratings from POINT LYNAS (best priced at 9/4) but the latter could get an easy lead in this race. The Ed Bethell trained seven-year-old was an impressive 5 ½ length winner of this race in 2024 and was then inconvenienced by a strong pace last year when last of 6 having finished a close 2 nd behind Never So Brave in the Group 2 Summer Mile Stakes on his previous start only a fortnight before.
Point Lynas ran well to finish a close 4 th at York when last seen in May trying to defy a mark of 109 in a handicap and he will be better suited by this small field listed race. Model Yuko is the only other prominent runner but she is attempting to pick up black type rated only 86 so I can see Point Lynas getting an easy lead and dominating this from the front under Callum Rodriguez.
