Halimede 5/4 (1pt)

Both Hansteen and Muhib arrive in good form but a chance is taken on HALIMEDE (best priced at 5/4) on her handicap debut. The Sir Mark Prescott trained filly has finished well beaten in three 1 mile maiden/novice races when sent off 80/1, 250/1 and 300/1 when ridden by either Jack Gilligan or Poppy Scott.

Luke Morris now takes over on board for the handicap debut of Halimede who is now upped in trip to 1m4f off a lowly opening mark of 59.

Mister Mojito 13/8 (1pt)

This looks a competitive 0-70 handicap but preference goes to MISTER MOJITO (best priced at 13/8) who is unbeaten at this track in his career and gets the assistance of Jack Callan for the first time. His trained Terry Kent has won with his three previous runners and hopefully this five-year-old can continue his good recent run.

Mister Mojito won three times last year off marks of 68, 70 and 72 so he looks well handicapped off a mark of 69 and arrives in good form having finished 2nd behind Prefer Your Sister a fortnight ago at Newmarket. He should prove hard to beat here from Stall 5.
