Declan Carroll's inmate has hit the frame on her last two starts and scored on her sole attempt on the all-weather at Southwell in early May. Chianti and Crystal Kraken are others of interest.

Having found only a subsequent winner too strong over 7f here on her most recent outing, compensation could be on the horizon for PON PON DALIA. That was just the second career outing for Marco Botti's filly and a drop in distance shouldn't pose any issues. Langdale Lass was underwhelming when sent off at cramped odds on last month's sixth at Lingfield, although a reproduction of her close-up second on debut there would see her involved. Anna Belardo may fare best of the remainder.

This step up in trip promises to bring out more improvement and she looks the way to go. Last Verse made his third appearance for the Joseph Parr yard a winning one at the Surrey venue and would be foolish to dismiss. Robusto isn't out of this either.

Ten Sixty Six showed more when second in a classified event at Ripon recently and is respected back in handicap company. Southwell runner-up Miss Mambo also needs considering, but the vote goes to CALL ALERT. The daughter of Mohaather has lots of stamina in her pedigree and this step up in trip on her handicap debut might just work the oracle.

Evening Fades hasn't been disgraced the last twice, finishing second and third respectively, and this drop in trip looks the right move. She is one to note, but MIDNIGHT MEDIA has been a model of consistency since June. William Muir & Chris Grassick's filly flew home late to be denied a head into second over track and trip last week and a repeat of that display might be good enough. The Anthony Gover is the pick of the remainder.

That said, a 5lb higher mark does demand more of the five-year-old and recent Brighton winner KNIGHTS GOLD is more appealing. The Dark Angel gelding was having only his second start for Tom Ward that day and there could be even more to come. Helm Rock and Chalk Mountain might also have a say.

The three-year-old looks capable of scoring again at this level, with a 4lb higher mark deemed workable. Blue Force regained the winning thread over 6f here 21 days ago and he may put up the most resistance, ahead of the aforementioned Fiorella Princess.
