Steve Ryder has three horse racing tips to kick off the week.

King Of Berkshire 15/8 (1pt)
KING OF BERSKHIRE (best priced at 15/8) put in a career best performance when 2nd in a Class 3 Handicap at the Shergar Cup and he should prove hard to beat back in a Class 4 Handicap. The Andrew Balding trained colt has been running consistently well this season with form figures of 42131342 including victories at both Redcar and Thirsk.
King Of Berkshire finished 2nd beaten only 3 ¼ lengths in the Shergar Cup Classic last time behind the progressive Archers Bay and he should hold strong claims off only a 1lb higher mark back over the same course and distance as he finished 3rd in May.
4:21 ThirskSee All Odds
Hatamoto 9/4 (1pt)
The Tim Easterby trained HATAMOTO (best priced at 9/4) won here over a mile a fortnight ago off a mark of 62 and ran with credit on Wednesday at Redcar when drawn away from the main action. The three-year-old only finished 4th but was 1st of 7 in his group over 7f and gets to run here off the same mark.
Hatamoto hasn’t won over 7f in his career to date but showed plenty of pace to lead his group and he looks the one to beat from Stall 5 with David Allen retaining the ride.

Lovely Jubly 7/2 (1pt)
The topweight LOVELY JUBLY (best priced at 7/2) defied odds of 40/1 to win an apprentice handicap over this course and distance when last seen and she looks the one to beat off only a 5lb higher mark. The Michael Attwater trained five-year-old was returning from a 210 day break when making all by 2 ¾ lengths off a mark of 50 so the fact that she has been off for 68 days since shouldn’t be an inconvenience.
Owen Lewis now takes over on board Lovely Jubly off a mark of 55 and she can hopefully make all once again over the same course and distance.
