WHISKEY GALORE took a decent step forward when runner-up on his nursery bow at Lingfield three weeks ago and Michael Bell's gelding, who went up 2lb for that effort, makes plenty of appeal in his bid to go one better. Ariane Sky has to enter calculations after her third at Beverley, while Fortunate and Wild Orchid could fight it out for the minor honours.Prediction : 1st Whiskey Galore 2nd Ariane Sky 3rd Fortunate
14:45 Yarmouth
CROWN RANGER sets the standard following his nursery debut when third at Sandown last Friday and the extra furlong should play to his strengths based on the son of Camelot's finishing effort. Wykehurst Park finished third on his first start at Kempton and is open to plenty of improvement, while the well-bred Howluckyweare, a half-sister to the stable's grand campaigner Hamish, has to be of significant interest too.Prediction : 1st Crown Ranger 2nd Wykehurst Park 3rd Howluckyweare
15:15 Yarmouth
Mirzimaan's effort on his nursery debut at York appeared too bad to be true and George Boughey's colt is much better judged on his couple of efforts prior. Spirit Of Lyra was turned over at Salisbury, although there was no shame in that given the winner then wasn't beaten far in a Group 3 at the same track, but the vote goes to EASY ANSWER. Down the field in the Coventry at Royal Ascot, his subsequent third at Salisbury was boosted by the winner landing the Flying Scotsman at Doncaster last week and an opening mark of 76 is more than fair.Prediction : 1st Easy Answer 2nd Spirit Of Lyra 3rd Mirzimaan

An absence since April didn't prevent DEEP HAVANA from making a winning return in a competitive 6f sprint Thirsk last month. Still open to progression, a 5lb rise might still underestimate this lightly-raced five-year-old. Midnight Thunder was highly tried in his early days and is another that doesn't have many miles on the clock. The son of Kodiac is highly noteworthy on just his third start in a handicap, especially with Oisin Murphy taking over in the saddle. Last-time-out winners Kodi Lion and Pilu are other strong contenders. Prediction : 1st Deep Havana 2nd Midnight Thunder 3rd Kodi Lion
16:15 Yarmouth
ZACHARY HICKES was unlucky to encounter a well-handicapped rival when finished second at Goodwood most recently. The winner of that race was heavily backed on the day and was handed an 11lb rise afterwards. A literal reading of that assessment would suggest the Roger Varian-trained gelding must be a key player off an unchanged mark here. Sixty Plus and Educator both saw winning runs extinguished last time out but the pair cannot be ruled out from bouncing back. Moon Angel is an effective stayer who also warrants a second look. Prediction : 1st Zachary Hickes 2nd Sixty Plus 3rd Educator
16:45 Yarmouth
Split Elevens recorded his second success of the year at Lingfield last month and is bound to go well again, but it might be worth taking a chance on CURRAHEE. Stuart Williams' inmate has dropped to an appealing rating and this step back up in trip, along with the booking of Billy Loughnane, might just see him get his head back in front. Chepstow victor Hint Of The Jungle is another to note.Prediction : 1st Currahee 2nd Split Elevens 3rd Hint Of The Jungle
17:15 Yarmouth
Timely Affair bids to complete the hat-trick after scoring over this distance at Lingfield, but he might be against it with the James Horton-trained MOUNTAIN OF LIGHT. The Night Of Thunder filly only found one too good on her handicap bow at Ffos Las and with Oisin Murphy now doing the steering, she could be the one to beat. Two-time course victor Born A Rebel isn't ruled out either.Prediction : 1st Mountain Of Light 2nd Timely Affair 3rd Born A Rebel
