EIGHTEENTH SMILES has progressed with racing and opened his account at the seventh attempt in a maiden at Cork last month. The Joseph O'Brien-trained colt finished strongly in that 1m event and any further rain wouldn't harm his prospects. Cudawudashuda improved when staying on well behind an odds-on favourite at Naas recently and he may prove the main threat with first-time cheekpieces added, although Cloughleagh Bridge is another to consider. Shesthedevil had the selection well behind when successful in a sprint maiden at Navan back in July but has been mainly disappointing since.Prediction : 1st Eighteenth Smiles 2nd Cudawudashuda 3rd Cloughleagh Bridge

DIVINE LEGEND has filled the runner-up spot on her last two starts and can go one better. The selection is improving steadily and notably had Nautic Star and Joyous Heart behind in third and fourth at Navan most recently. Stooked ran a cracker on debut when just denied by a progressive type over this trip at the Curragh, with Nautic Star two lengths back in third. The Ger Lyons-trained filly is respected but needs to bounce back after a disappointing run at Roscommon last month. River Trieux and Almeiyda both made the frame at Cork recently and they merit respect.Prediction : 1st Divine Legend 2nd Stooked 3rd River Trieux

LA LA LUCRATIVE followed up his Roscommon success with a close fourth at Galway when last seen and those performances suggest that he could be hard to beat off this mark. That said, Phoenix Pairc also scored at Roscommon last time and is an obvious threat to the selection, while Comfort Line and Blues Emperor also merit places on the shortlist. Prediction : 1st La La Lucrative 2nd Phoenix Pairc 3rd Comfort Line

MAI DAHLIA confirmed the promise of her debut run over a mile at Naas when scoring in fine style last time over the same C&D. The daughter of Too Darn Hot appears to have plenty of pace and should be suited by this drop back in trip. Glory To Be won here in July and is closely matched with Bella Colombia based on their encounter at Leopardstown last month. Prediction : 1st Mai Dahlia 2nd Glory To Be 3rd Bella Colombia

MARCO POLO beat all bar the talented Push The Boat Out on debut at the Curragh and, after racing too freely in the Group 2 Gimcrack Stakes at York, opened his account in decisive fashion over this trip at Cork. On that evidence, he could be hard to beat. Livenka easily won her maiden over C&D before taking the valuable Ballyhane Stakes and is next best. Big Negotiator is a speedy filly and won the Listed Marwell Stakes at Naas.Prediction : 1st Marco Polo 2nd Livenka 3rd Big Negotiator

OCEAN SURGE didn't appear to get home over 7f at Gowran last time and is interesting here back a furlong on her nursery debut. The Mehmas filly had stayed on promisingly over the minimum trip at Cork on her penultimate outing and this could the right distance for her. Bold Commander has first-time blinkers applied and he could play a big role. Pink Venom has placed a couple of times, including behind the impressive Timeless Tale at Naas. Prediction : 1st Ocean Surge 2nd Bold Commander 3rd Pink Venom

NOUVEL ESPOIR has been knocking on the door and may be able to bag a deserved win. The Harry Angel gelding ran a big race at Cork 12 days ago, when losing out close home. Willie McCreery has his string in fine form and Bundle Of Interest is a leading contender for title chaser Billy Lee after a solid placed effort last time. Last time out winners Clonmacash and Irish Rumour are others that have to be considered in a competitive contest. Prediction : 1st Nouvel Espoir 2nd Bundle Of Interest 3rd Clonmacash
