ALBEGONE had to endure a troubled passage at Redcar last week and failed to land a blow. He was in fine fettle prior to that though, having won at Musselburgh before going close at Carlisle. With a clear run, Tim Easterby's sprinter will be hard to keep out of the finish. Jojo Rabbit won off a higher mark over C&D back in April, but he has a bit to find with the selection based on their clash at Musselburgh. Bust A Moon could prove pick of the remainder.

SILVERELLA showed considerable improvement when upped to a mile at Goodwood last month. Marcus Tregoning's filly pulled readily clear of the opposition when asked to quicken and she's taken to defy a penalty given that the third has won subsequently. Rogue Crusader is also penalised having just prevailed at Kempton on debut. He could give the selection the most to think about, while Lingfield third Scrappetalene should also have more to offer.

Iris Olivia has shown enough to suggest she can win at this level, having placed on the all-weather on her last couple of outings. That said, BLING offered plenty of encouragement when fifth at Newbury on her introduction. Hugo Palmer's filly showed up well for a long way before weakening in the closing stages and the runner-up has since boosted that form. Carlisle fourth Sayidah Bahra also merits respect, while the newcomer Casting Coach is noted too.

CAPTAINCY shaped with real promise when third to top-class juvenile Libertango on his debut at Leicester before duly obliging at Windsor. Clive Cox's colt might be underestimated by an opening mark of 81 and he's fancied to double his tally. Diamond New Bay was game out in front at Carlisle and is most appealing of the Karl Burke duo, with Jack Nicholls removing a handy 3lb. Harley should be happier back on a sound surface.

Noble Horizon struggled at Hamilton, but his second at Glorious Goodwood reads well and he must be respected as a result. Even so, HOLLYWELL STREAM is fancied to negate a wide draw and get back on the winning trail. Jane Chapple-Hyam's filly found only a progressive rival too strong at Haydock having struck at Newmarket the start prior, and a further 2lb rise might still underestimate her. Others to note include Be Patient and Per Contra.

THUNDER GODDESS is the sole course winner in this field. Andrew Balding's filly travelled strongly before going away to win in commanding fashion over ten furlongs here a week ago and whilst this additional yardage is expected to suit, a 6lb penalty seems unlikely to halt further progress. L'Eagle Aid wasn't at his best on soft ground at Beverley but is far from out of this back on a sounder surface, while Saratoga Gold and Jam Lass are fancied to battle it out for third.

However, stable companion FISCAL POLICY may have his measure. The seven-year-old prevailed narrowly in an apprentice contest over C&D recently and escapes a penalty for that triumph. Woodstock and Arduis Invicta are others to consider.
