Blue Bolt heads a seven-runner field for Saturday's Group 1 Sun Chariot Stakes at Newmarket, with the Andrew Balding-trained filly seeking a sixth consecutive victory and a fourth straight Group 1 success.
Her biggest recent rival, Fallen Angel, has not been declared, meaning she will not return to Newmarket to defend her title. There are also no Aidan O'Brien runners, with Precise and True Love both absent.
Blue Bolt will instead face City Of Memphis, Evolutionist, Calendar Girl, Kon Tiki, Moon Target and Secret Of Life. Paddy Power make Blue Bolt the clear 4/7 favourite, with City Of Memphis next at 4/1.

Sun Chariot Stakes Runners Guide
Blue Bolt (Colin Keane, stall 3)
Progressive four-year-old who has won all five of her starts this season including at Group 1 level on the latest three of those. She holds the likes of Precise, City Of Memphis and Fallen Angel on her form this season and should prove hard to beat if a busy season hasn’t caught up with her.
City Of Memphis (Billy Lee, stall 4)
Paddy Twomey trained filly who won her first three starts this season including in the Group 2 Lanwades Stud Stakes at the Curragh in May. She returned from a 111 day break to finish 2nd behind Blue Bolt in the Group 1 Matron Stakes last time but that was a career best effort on the figures.
Kon Tiki (Marco Ghiani, stall 2)
Jane Chapple-Hyam's four year old was keen and finished ninth as favourite in the Atalanta on good to soft. That can be excused, as both of her pattern race wins, including the Valiant Stakes at Ascot, came on fast ground. Blue Bolt has already beaten her twice this year, by three quarters of a length at Goodwood and by more at Royal Ascot.
Moon Target (David Probert, stall 7)
Sir Mark Prescott's three year old was third behind Blue Bolt in the Rothschild, fourth in the Coronation Stakes and a close third in the Atalanta. She is consistent at this level but has won only twice in nine starts and not at all this season.
Evolutionist (Shane Foley, stall 1)
Karl Burke's filly was second in the 1000 Guineas over this course and distance on good to firm, at 16/1. She has since been eighth in the Prix de Diane, then fourth behind Blue Bolt in both the Falmouth and the Rothschild. She returns from a 62 day break.
Calendar Girl (Saffie Osborne, stall 5)
Owen Burrows' three year old won a Group 3 over seven furlongs on this course last October and the Dick Hern Stakes at Haydock in August. She was only sixth in the Atalanta and runs in a Group 1 for the first time.
Secret Of Life (Rossa Ryan, stall 6)
Ralph Beckett's filly has won three of her four starts. She made all in a Listed race at Sandown on good to firm, then led and was caught late for fourth in the Atalanta. She is the likely pace setter, but needs to improve a lot.
Sun Chariot Stakes Trainers & Jockeys To Watch
Aidan O’Brien has won this race three times recently with Halfway To Heaven (2008), Alice Springs (2016) and Roly Poly (2017) all winning as three-year-olds.
Ryan Moore has won this race three times recently on Integral (2014), Alice Springs (2016) and Roly Poly (2017).
Sun Chariot Stakes Betting Tips
The Andrew Balding trained BLUE BOLT (best priced at 4/6) has proved a revelation this season winning all five of her starts including at Group 1 level on the previous three of those. She beat City Of Memphis, Fallen Angel, Precise and True Love in the Matron Stakes last time when an impressive 2 ¼ length winner of the race and she is expected to confirm that form. A rating of 119 makes her the one to beat and she is expected to go one better than last year.
Recommended Bet: Blue Bolt 4/6 (1pt)
