The Sweet Escape 14/1 (0.5pt ew)
Kaindy needs to prove he is effective on turf than the AW so at the prices I am willing to take a chance on THE SWEET ESCAPE (best priced at 14/1) who should relish this return to faster ground. The David Loughnane trained four-year-old has been running consistently well this season with form figures of 16244111 on ground good or faster including an impressive three length win at Newmarket on his penultimate start.
The Sweet Escape was a NR at Beverley on two occasions on soft and heavy ground and I am sure connections regret running him on soft ground at Haydock when he underperformed last time as well as being slowly away. This return to faster ground will suit and he should be able to resume his progression.

Celestias Comet 13/2 (0.5pt ew)
With the likes of Pleasant Man, Garden Oasis, New Bay Star, Why Not Me and Roman Secret all front runners in this field, CELESTIAS COMET (best priced at 11/2) should be able to get the strong pace in this race that she craves. The James Fanshawe trained filly was a comfortable winner over this course and distance on her penultimate start off a mark of 68 before a slow pace at Sandown was against her last time.
The handicapper has been generous in dropping her 1lb down to a mark of 70 for this race and the combination of a return to Nottingham but more importantly a strong pace to aim at, should mean Celestias Comet is the one to beat.

Thunderous Love 6/1 (0.5pt ew)
THUNDEROUS LOVE (best priced at 6/1) and Melissa Honey are closely matched based on their run over this course and distance in August but preference goes to the Jonny Portman trained mare who has superb form at this track. The five-year-old has form figures of 13122 at the track and her previous two career victories have come off higher marks than her current rating of 62.
Thunderous Love was 4th beaten only 1 ½ lengths last time at Yarmouth off this mark of 62 and she looks sure to run well with regular rider Rob Hornby back on board.
