Bumper winner LILANNBEE can gain a first success over hurdles. Fourth on her first two starts over jumps, the Sonny Carey trained mare sets the standard amongst those with previous hurdles experience. Fourth at Wexford on her penultimate start, that looks just about the best piece of individual form on offer, and with the benefit of that experience, the five-year-old can get her head in front. Second on all three bumper runs since joining trainer John McConnell, Myluckymaker rates a clear danger on her hurdling debut. Provided she takes to jumping, the daughter of Policy Maker holds every chance. Griffaldo has to be monitored in the betting on his debut as this doesn't look the strongest of contests.
Prediction : 1st Lilannbee 2nd Myluckymaker 3rd Griffaldo

STATE PENSION can strike here on just his second start over flights. Third at Navan on his recent jumping debut, the David Harry Kelly trained gelding shaped with distinct promise on that occasion. A former bumper winner, the son of Diamond Boy boasts some strong winter form which stands out in this company. He should be good enough to win before having his sights raised in the coming months. Crystal Mariner finished behind the selection at Navan last time but a bad mistake two out all but ended his chances. Placed on his previous two starts, the Sea The Stars gelding should go close. Farney Bridge, who ran well when fourth at Listowel recently, is another that enters calculations.
Prediction : 1st State Pension 2nd Crystal Mariner 3rd Farney Bridge

An impressive winner over fences at Downpatrick last time, SEA OF DOUBT reverts to hurdling off 2lb lower. With Caragh Monaghan taking off an additional 7lb, Ian Donoghue's mare has strong claims of making it back-to-back successes. Whispering Willow, who finished runner-up in that aforementioned race, again looks the chief threat. Despite being only narrowly better off at the weights now, the Gavin Cromwell-trained five-year-old shouldn't be too far away. Wexford winner Tropical Twist proved somewhat disappointing on her subsequent two starts but the Gordon Elliott mare has to be respected in first-time cheekpieces.
Prediction : 1st Sea Of Doubt 2nd Whispering Willow 3rd Tropical Twist

Bumper and point-to-point winner BORN BELIEVING can add a hurdle win to her CV. The Claire O'Connell-trained mare shaped with a degree of promise when fifth on her recent hurdling debut at Roscommon. Entitled to come on from that experience, the home-bred daughter of Court Cave will be primed for a big run at her local track. La Muleta ran a solid race on her hurdling debut when third at Kilbeggan last month and Philip Rothwell's charge has to enters calculations, while Everyday Life has also shown some ability.
Prediction : 1st Born Believing 2nd La Muleta 3rd Everyday Life

An impressive winner of her latest point-to-point run, REBEL REBA can make a winning start for Willie Mullins. A sister to a hurdles winner, the daughter of Workforce makes more appeal than stablemate and newcomer Say It Straight. Bumper winner Its Time For A Run will appreciate this extra yardage, having shaped well when fourth over 2m on his hurdling debut at Galway. He can improve further and rates the main danger, while Gunnery Sergeant finished second here back in February and could shape well.
Prediction : 1st Rebel Reba 2nd Its Time For A Run 3rd Say It Straight

A dual winner over fences back in May, DINOLAND appears to solid claims on his return to action. Ross Crawford's gelding can race off the same mark back over timber and the son of Doctor Dino has every chance of completing his hat-trick. The runner-up at Perth last month, Broken Ice could make his presence felt. A reproduction of that run should see the 10-year-old go close again, while Midleton Rare, who ran better than the bare form suggests at Navan last time, holds every chance on his previous Galway second.
Prediction : 1st Dinoland 2nd Broken Ice 3rd Midleton Rare

Having shown significant improvement when runner-up at Listowel last month, DRUMADEISE can go one place better. Wearing first-time cheekpieces, the Paddy Corkery mare was always prominent before keeping on well once headed. Stepping up an additional two-furlongs on a tight track such as this looks ideal for the daughter of Diamond Boy. Provided the headgear has the desired effect once more, she is entitled to be involved. Having run one of his best races to date when fourth at Galway recently, Gypsy Poet is also worthy of consideration. A lightly raced mare, the Ger Keane trained Magic Hands Noel shaped with promise when sixth at Navan last time. A daughter of Blue Bresil. she holds place claims at the very least.
Prediction : 1st Drumadeise 2nd Gypsy Poet 3rd Magic Hands Noel
