ONEHUNDREDNEIGHTY impressed with his finishing effort when making a winning chase bow over 2m here last month and there is likely more to come. The six-year-old scored with plenty in the tank and neither a 10lb hike from the assessor or return to 2m 4f should pose him any issues. The introduction of cheekpieces worked a charm for recent Southwell scorer Rockvale and he may serve the most resistance to the selection, ahead of the returning Jimmyjeroo.
Prediction : 1st Onehundredneighty 2nd Rockvale 3rd Jimmyjeroo

Chase debutant Sonyourastar has improved with each outing in handicap company over timber and he must rank highly on the shortlist. That said, the six-year-old has failed to score in six attempts between the flags and it could be worth chancing BILLY BOI BLUE off a handy mark. The Blue Bresil gelding is 4lb lower than his C&D fifth in August and this drop in class may prove just the ticket. Saint Arion is also worth a second look.
Prediction : 1st Billy Boi Blue 2nd Sonyourastar 3rd Saint Arion

Those who have raced throughout the summer have something to prove at present and it may pay to take a chance on one of the returning rivals, with AWAY FOR THE NIGHT edging the vote. The seven-year-old is having only his fourth start over fences and is just 1lb higher than his runner-up effort at Hereford 160 days ago. The market may prove informative, with last-time-out winners Ballyhiho and L'empire Vert also warranting consideration.
Prediction : 1st Away For The Night 2nd Ballyhiho 3rd Lempire Vert

A Grade 1 winner over hurdles, it's difficult to get away from POTTERS CHARM given his yard's fantastic strike-rate at present. The seven-year-old landed the Grade 2 National Spirit Hurdle at Fontwell last season and he will take an awful lot of beating if proving as effective on his chasing bow. The hat-trick seeking Jupiter Des Mottes is an intriguing stable debutant for Dan Skelton, while Rules debutant Vicomte Le Brave does at least have a long list of point-to-point experience to draw upon.
Prediction : 1st Potters Charm 2nd Jupiter Des Mottes 3rd Vicomte Le Brave

Princess Keri may have more to offer on her return to fences after pulling up over three miles at Ayr over hurdles in April, but this trip should suit her and she is not to be discounted. Mighty Fleur won at Uttoxeter to land her hat-trick with the other two victories over hurdles, but her jumping needs to improve to get the better of SWEET CARYLINE. A four-time winner over hurdles she makes her chasing debut now and is one to watch this season if she takes to fences.
Prediction : 1st Sweet Caryline 2nd Mighty Fleur 3rd Princess Keri

Kykorock intrigues after winning over three miles at Uttoxeter when last seen in March, but he has also shown the speed needed for this sort of trip when winning at Warwick last November and Market Rasen in December. He can go well but Fontwell third SIAM PARK should be at his peak for his second start following wind surgery, and Joe Tizzard's charge might put his race fitness to good use. Park Annonciade is admirably consistent and is another to watch on his first start since May.
Prediction : 1st Siam Park 2nd Kykorock 3rd Park Annonciade

JIAIR MADRIK's winning run came to an end when third at Bangor last month, but he stayed on strongly over the two and a half miles that day and is well worth a try at this extended trip. Big Cadillac is presumably the Skelton number one with Harry riding the Solider Of Fortune gelding, and the point-to-point winner could take a huge step forward for fences on his chasing debut, leaving Sunshine Diamond and Top Guy as others for the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Jiair Madrik 2nd Big Cadillac 3rd Sunshine Diamond
