EXTRAGALACTIC may well have found a relatively quick turnaround at Musselburgh against him following a promising start to his career when beaten a head at Yarmouth. This doesn't look to be a contest with much depth on paper and the son of Space Traveller gets a confident vote to strike. The main threat appears to be Pushing The Limits based on his debut third at Newcastle. So Farhh, who was just behind Stephen Hanlon's charge in fifth, is another with valid credentials.
Prediction : 1st Extragalactic 2nd Pushing The Limits 3rd So Farhh

MY GIRL DEE MO took a step in the right direction from her first run at Haydock when returning to the same venue and filling the runner-up spot. Hugo Palmer's filly was given an official rating of 81 and she may prove a tough nut to crack if running to that kind of level. Pigeon Pete has finished second on both starts so far and has to be respected, while Lucky Test and Unicorn Milkshake complete the shortlist.

From Afar got off the mark on her second start at Pontefract and the manner of that performance suggested the return to 7f would yield more improvement. That said, whether she can give away a 7lb penalty to TRAPPED GODDESS remains to be seen. The daughter of Sioux Nation ran with plenty of promise when second at Haydock and may well be sharper for the experience. Woollahra and newcomer Capricious Star are others worth considering.

CAVAN LADY makes plenty of appeal on the strength of her Wolverhampton form. The daughter of Ardad had shown plenty of ability in three starts before making her all-weather bow at the Midlands track, and then took her form to a new level when beaten less than a length into third. Perhaps the penny dropped that day and this could be the time to catch her. Catterick second Lion Of Persia heads the list of dangers from Classyfied.

SERGEANT MAYER wasn't disgraced when attempting to complete a four-timer but only managing third at Newcastle. Switching back to turf should suit and he won over C&D two starts ago, so the in-form gelding ticks plenty of boxes. Tees Aggregates showed a lot more here when third behind the selection last month and has a shout, likewise Houndhill, who has been performing with credit at this track.

A competitive handicap for punters to solve and just a tentative vote is for MR COOL, who bounced back to form when second at Leicester and won over C&D in the summer. He's enjoyed a profitable season for a rejuvenated stable and connections will be hoping to get one more turf success out of him. Run This Way is another track-and-trip winner to consider and was narrowly touched off at Ripon latest, while chances are also given to Mayo County, Ingleby Archie and Bravo Hotel.

Highfield Viking has upped his game on testing ground at Ayr on his last two outings, but he may have his work cut out if the rain doesn't materialise in this big-field affair. With that in mind, recent Leicester scorer MOOSTAR could be poised to follow up. The four-year-old impressed with her finishing effort and ticks plenty of the right boxes before her revised mark kicks in. Reginald Charles and Kiss Me My Love are other live dangers.

Having followed up his Beverley victory with another gutsy display at Lingfield last month, ALAZWAR may continue his resurgence. A 2lb nudge up the ratings for the veteran looks more than fair and retaining regular rider Brodie Hampson is a big plus. Pedro The Poet arrives on the back of a runner-up effort over an inadequate 7f here and he's an obvious danger, while Jam Lass is the pick of the remainder.
