The Tim Easterby trained VINCE LE PRINCE (best priced at 9/2) ended a two-year losing streak when victorious over this course and distance a month ago. The six-year-old made all that day when sent off a well backed 13/8 favourite off a mark of 63 before finishing 2nd beaten only a length off a mark of 65 last time.
That run was from Stall 8 in a Class 4 0-80 handicap and Vince Le Prince now runs in this Class 5 0-75 handicap from Stall 4. The Gay Blade is another front runner drawn in Stall 1 but Vince Le Prince should get a prominent position and he looks sure to run well once again.

TIP 2: EIGHTY EIGHT - 1pt Win

EIGHTY EIGHT (best priced at 5/2) was bought for only 7,500gns following a below par effort at Dundalk in March but he looks well handicapped off this mark of 52 based on his previous form. The seven-year-old last won in December 2024 off a mark of 67 and finished 3rd at Dundalk earlier this year off a mark of 55.
Eighty Eight was tried in first-time cheekpieces last time which are now removed on her stable debut for James Owen. He returns here from 228 days off the track and looks the one to beat with the talented Oliver Hoodless claiming a handy 3lbs.

The Ollie Sangster trained RIDGER (best priced at 11/10) has won his previous two starts by wide distances and should prove hard to beat in his hat-trick bid. The three-year-old won by 3 ¼ lengths under Oisin Murphy on his penultimate start over this course and distance before following up at Kempton last time off a mark of 53 by two lengths despite being slowly away.
Ridger now returns off a mark of 58 but looks the one to beat with Oisin Murphy back on board from Stall 5.
