Since winning a Market Rasen maiden hurdle, FIDENDUM has done well in handicap company, with a success back at the Lincolnshire circuit sandwiched by solid efforts at Worcester and Perth. The form of his second in Scotland has been boosted and he is fancied to go one better. Similarly, Media Mogul's Worcester second looks even better with the winner going on to win the Persian War at Chepstow. He heads a list of dangers that also includes Handmedownastar and Secret Sniper.
Prediction : 1st Fidendum 2nd Media Mogul 3rd Handmedownastar

JET TO VEGAS was successful on his return at Market Rasen in September and the seven-year-old could launch another bold bid. The Scottish-trained gelding travelled strongly throughout that race and could be difficult to overhaul with a similar display. The Gray Ghost and Merely A Detail need to improve on what they have achieved over fences so far. Therefore, Dance And Glance, a 127-rated hurdler, could be a bigger danger if he raises his game on his chasing debut.
Prediction : 1st Jet To Vegas 2nd Dance And Glance 3rd The Gray Ghost

MARTATOR won the 2024 renewal and his proven liking for this course is a key factor now that he bids for a repeat success, despite a 10lb higher mark. Last seen winning the Grand Annual at Cheltenham, the durable nine-year-old can be a tough nut to crack. Teddy Blue won last year's edition and is another who has to be on the shortlist. Grand Annual seventh Vanderpoel and the progressive Gore Point also warrant serious thought.
Prediction : 1st Martator 2nd Teddy Blue 3rd Vanderpoel

Although unable to build on his win in this contest last year, HENRY'S FRIEND could be worth chancing on the back of a wind procedure. The nine-year-old is fresh from a 189-day break and may have been targeted here. Califet En Vol would be a live threat judged on the pick of his form over fences, but has yet to convince with his stamina over this far. With that in mind, a bigger threat may emerge from Viroflay, who was last seen romping home at Newton Abbot in May.
Prediction : 1st Henrys Friend 2nd Viroflay 3rd Califet En Vol

A winner on her last two outings, Babs is sure to put her experience to good use. That said, Henry Oliver's mare does require another career best in order to complete a hat-trick, with smart Flat performer SPORTINGSILVERMINE an interesting recruit to this discipline. The five-year-old boasts an official rating of 91 on the level and he could take some stopping. Fellow hurdling-debutant No Way Jay is also of interest given his stable's rude health at present.
Prediction : 1st Sportingsilvermine 2nd Babs 3rd No Way Jay

Trustintimes won four in a row last year including a C&D victory in November and he could be in the mix, despite being off a higher mark now. Chris Gordon has won this before and he relies on the recent Plumpton winner Nap Hand, but BRENDAS ASKING is preferred. A staying-on Warwick winner in May, this progressive mare may have more to offer and should not be underestimated as a result.
Prediction : 1st Brendas Asking 2nd Trustintimes 3rd Nap Hand

Shane's Spirit made all when winning at Plumpton last month and merits plenty of respect on the back of that effort. Colombe D'or is an interesting newcomer as a son of No Risk At All, and any market confidence could be worth noting, although LORD CHURCHILL gets the nod. A once-raced Wincanton winner who scored as he pleased for Seamus Mullins in April, he makes his debut for Nick Scholfield and looks to have a bright future.
Prediction : 1st Lord Churchill 2nd Shanes Spirit 3rd Colombe Dor
