The Paul Nicholls trained eight-year-old is often seen at his best at the track in April on good ground but it is interesting that connections run him here on his reappearance with ground conditions to suit, following a wind operation over the summer.
Sans Bruit is back down to a mark of 130 which is the same mark as he won the two editions of the
Red Rum Handicap Chase off as well as being 9lbs lower than when winning at Plumpton in April
2025 under Jay Tidball who takes the ride today. He looks sure to be involved in the finish.

No Drama This End bids to extend the impressive record of Paul Nicholls in this race but he may struggle to concede chasing experience to TALK TO THE MAN who was an emphatic winner at Worcester on his first start over fences. The six-year-old had looked a smart prospect last season for Paul Nicholls prior to winning on his reappearance and stable debut when beating Klimt Madrik by 4 ¼ lengths.
Talk To The Man is only rated 1lb inferior to No Drama This End on ratings following that victory and
he can win this with both race fitness and chasing experience on his side over his rivals.
