There's been more movement in the ante-post markets as the Festival draws ever closer.
A lovely ride from Bryony Frost on Frodon to win the Crest Nicholson Handicap Chase saw the Paul Nicholls horse cut for the Ryanair Chase. Available at 33/1 this morning, Frodon is now as short as 12/1 (best price 20/1).
Over at Fairyhouse, LAURINA bolted up in Grade 3 company, making it two from two since joining the Willie Mullins stable. Bookies now have the five-year-old filly as the favourite for the Mares Novice Hurdle, ranging from top price 4/1 to 9/4 in a place.
Joining Footpad at the top of the Arkle Chase market, Sceau Royal is now generally a 6/1 shot whilst some firms have cut the horse as short as 4/1. Alan King’s six year old did the business as 1/2 favourite at Doncaster, making it three wins from his last four starts over fences.
