13.30 Kempton - Talkischeap (RSA Chase) - 33/1, 6/4 today

Alan King's gelding boasts some fine form behind La Bague Au Roi and will be looking to build on his win in a two runner race at Doncaster last time out. Should he get past the talented On The Blind Side, he will certainly have the form to feature in the RSA Chase reckoning. 

13.45 Ludlow - Scaramanga (Fred Winter Juvenile Hurdle) - 25/1, 8/11 today

Despite not losing his maiden tag on the flat for James Fanshawe, Scaramanga showed some capable for with a rating of 80 and looks sure to improve over now over hurdles for the powerful Paul Nicholls. Market support this morning suggests that a big first run is expected and, given his trainer has win the Fred Winter twice in the last four years, he could well become one of the favourites for the race should he oblige today.

14.05 Kempton - Pym (Ballymore Novices' Hurdle) - 66/1, 8/13 today

Whilst connections will be frustrated the Pym has been unable to build on is Chepstow win, he has been beaten by two very smart horses in Anemoi and Coolanly and may be underestimated in the Ballymore market. A return to winning ways today would make the 66s on offer a distant memory.

14.55 Ludlow - Lough Derg Spirit (Close Brothers Handicap Chase) - 20/1, 11/8 today

Much was expected of Nicky Henderson's charge last time out at Kempton when he was sent off 3/1 favourite in a hot race that was eventually won by the mightily impressive Glen Forsa. In first time cheekpieces today, a return to form in this handicap chase would expel any doubts over his ability over the bigger obstacles and see him shorten for the March renewal.
