One of the more disappointing elements of this DFS operator is its customer support. While competitors have a wide range of contact options, Boom Sports only offers support via email or X (formerly Twitter).

While our review team was impressed with the speed and know-how of the representatives over email, we were less than impressed with the customer support provided over social media. While some queries had been answered, we found many players who had contacted the operator but had yet to get a response.

Also, while we found a “How to Play” and FAQ page on its desktop landing page, we were disappointed that these pages didn’t contain more information, especially as the site was one of only three options available for troubleshooting issues.
