With the NBA Regular Season nearing its conclusion, Nikola Jokic is starting to run away with the MVP Award. We're heading into Week 22 of the season. The regular season will end on April 14, which is only about a month from now. There are four weeks for others to catch up to Jokic. Does anyone else have a shot other than Jokic to win the MVP Award?

1. Nikola Jokic (-270) (Bet $100 to collect $270)
In March, Jokic has averaged 26.5 points with 11.6 rebounds and 7.6 assists. He's also shot 58.6% from the field and has played an average of almost 38 minutes a night.
Jokic doesn't lead the league in any major stats. He's 14th in points, fourth in rebounds, fourth in assists and 12th in field goal percentage. But the combination of being in the top 15 in all categories is special.
2. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander (+400) (Bet $100 to collect $400)
Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has still averaged 30.9 points per game this season. Despite taking more than 20 shots per game this month, he's still hit over 51% of his looks and has totaled 29.1 points per game this season.
He's only trending down because his earlier stats were a bit unsustainable. However, the Thunder are still one of the best teams in the nation, and it's because of Gilgeous-Alexander's level of play.
He'd need multiple 40-point explosions to get past Jokic at this point.
3. Luka Doncic (+650) (Bet $100 to collect $750)
The Mavericks' superstar has added a league-best 34.4 points per game. He's also earned nine rebounds and 9.7 assists per game.
This month, he's ultimately averaged a triple-double. He's scored 34.1 points with 9.9 rebounds and 9.9 assists per game. Doncic has taken about 25 shots per night, including 11.3 threes per game. But even with that, he's been able to shoot at 48.5% from the field and is getting to the foul line a handful of times as well.
The Mavericks have been streaky. Right now, they've won five straight, which will only help Doncic's chances of winning the MVP.
4. Giannis Antetokounmpo (+2400) (Bet $100 to collect $2500)
Giannis didn't play for the Bucks in Sunday's game against the Suns. Despite his absence, the Bucks dominated the Phoenix Suns after Damian Lillard and Bobby Portis put on a show.
That type of win, with the Bucks holding Kevin Durant to no points in the fourth quarter, proves Giannis probably isn't the most valuable player. He wasn't needed for that win!
5. Jayson Tatum (+5500) (Bet $100 to collect $5600)
You can argue that Jaylen Brown has played better than Jayson Tatum this month.
Either way, Tatum isn't going to win the MVP. However, he's the favorite to win the NBA Finals MVP, with many sportsbooks expecting the Celtics to make a run into the NBA Finals and win the Championship this year.
He'll gladly take a Finals MVP over the Regular Season MVP.
