NC State Wolfpack vs. Texas Tech Red Raiders Prediction
The North Carolina State Wolfpack does a great job at keeping turnovers down. However, North Carolina State hasn't shot the ball at an efficient rate.
North Carolina State has drained 34.7% from three and only 50.1% from inside the arc. While the three-point rate isn't horrible, the two-point rate is pretty weak.
In addition, North Carolina State has scored 53.3% of its points from inside the arc this season. They're trying to score more inside but don't have the best rate from inside.
On the other hand, Texas Tech has drained 36.5% from downtown and 51.5% from inside the arc. The Red Raiders take many more threes and shoot at a much better percentage.
That's big news, as North Carolina State has allowed teams to shoot nearly 35% from downtown on defense. Once the Red Raiders start feeling it from downtown.
Take Texas Tech to cover against the Wolfpack. The Red Raiders aren't an ACC school. They're in the best conference in America, the Big 12.

NC State March Madness Odds
The oddsmakers don't think North Carolina State has another tournament run in them. The Wolfpack are sitting at +18000 to win the NCAA Tournament.
As an 11-seed, those aren't horrible odds. The Wolfpack were also an 11-seed in the ACC Tournament and won the whole thing.
However, there are many more teams in the NCAA Tournament, and the bracket consists of teams outside the weak ACC.
Texas Tech March Madness Odds
The Texas Tech Red Raiders are currently +9000 to win the NCAA Tournament. They're a top-25 team in college basketball when looking at the odds board.
The Red Raiders would have to get through NC State and then the winner of Kentucky-Oakland. By the Sweet 16, they'd likely be matched up with a very underrated Marquette squad that would definitely have Tyler Kolek back by then.
That's likely where Texas Tech's road finishes.
