How the DraftKings March Mania Survivor Pool Works

The rules are straightforward, but the strategy can get intense:

Pick One Team Per Day

• From the opening round through the round of 16, you select one team each day.
• In the round of 8, you pick one team across all four games.
• For the final rounds, you continue selecting one team per round.

Picks Lock at the Start of Each Day or Round

• Round of 64 through Round of 16: Picks lock at the start time of the first game each day.
• Round of 8 through Championship: Picks lock at the beginning of the round.

Win and Advance - Lose and You’re Out

• If your selected team wins, you survive to the next day.
• If your team loses - or you forget to make a pick - your entry is eliminated.
• You may only pick each team once per entry.

What Happens if Everyone Gets Eliminated?

If an entire round wipes out all remaining entries, the prize is split among all players who survived the previous round.
